Errin did an amazing job on my hair I had bad experience in the past and she such a beautiful job I highly recommend her

Erin was recommended to me by my mom. At first I was skeptical as the area she works in usually caters to what I assume to be older clientele, and as I walked in her morning client was of advanced age (the clients hair looked great!). I was WONDERFULLY surprised at how well Erin listened to what I wanted and executed it to perfection! It’s a fresh young cut that frames my face and has PERFECT long layers. Erin has a great eye for proper layering and it’s styled SO WELL! She even gave me a little neck and temple massage during the shampooing!! So relaxing! She made pleasant conversation and worked well with my groggy morning self, she’s a treat and deserves your business: 🙂

My stylist was very personable but unfortunately I did not get what I wanted. She was trying to accommodate me when asked to redo my hair but the time slots did not fit my schedule. The one star is not for Cynthia. The 1 star is for Sue, the manager. She wasn't professional at all and she closes the salon any time despite what it says on the window. I txt her and called her but she did not respond to me. I even went in personally to speak to her and when i told her that I had been trying to get a hold of her, all she said was, "Oh, yea?" With a attitude! When I explained to her what was going on, which she had been made aware by Cynthia, she did not apologize and she said that my hair needed more toner and that the color was naturally fading. Like what!? I told her that my hair shouldn't been fading within one week of having my hair done. I told her that my previous color is returning and my new color is fading. I asked to come back and have it redone. Sue said that she didn't even want to get up to get her cell phone to schedule a appointment for me! She did get up but she complained while doing so. Idk who hired her but it's the biggest mistake as I know many people complained about her. I decided to miss my rescheduled appointment and go to a professional. A manager should treat people with respect and thank them for their business as the customers are the ones paying their paychecks! If anyone knows how to get in contact with the owner please post it.

I left this salon feeling like a princess! Cynthia gave me a beautiful highlight & cut with bangs and I had a wonderful experience overall, will definitely be coming back!

So I took my daughter with very thick hair here , and the girl was very nice, but obviously doesn’t know how to cut thicker hair. The haircut was really unflattering and we just wanted a blunt bob. Somehow there’s layers in it and now we are stuck with this ugly cut .

I had the same issue as RB. Cynthia basically did what she wanted, to my hair, even though I had a very clear image of the colors I wanted. when i questioned her she would retort." I saw the picture ". Every thing I mentioned she would have negative responses too. When the extremely dark color, i never wanted and was panicing inside the darker it became, began burning my scalp, I called for her, as she had disappeared over 20 minutes. The nail tech had to search to find her. she returned silently and stood behind me as if she had never left. she was rude and insisted there was 20 min left of processing. i insisted the color be washed out. .the rest of the appt was more of the same. when she cut my hair. it was the most incredible site i have witnessed. Pulling a small bit ( not sectioned or evenly seperated) up to her neck level,and snipped at the very ends . The hair was not visible on the floor when she announced the cut was done. She charged me 185.00 then didnt have change except a 5.00 so she got another 10.00. i will forever warn friends and family and all who dare mention hair salon disaters about the horrible experience. I would certainly like at least 100. back from her as it would be a proffessional move. Hah,

Don't bother with Cynthia she always leaves early or cancels even after you have called the morning of to make the appointment. Too bad she just lost 4 more customers.
