Bella Beauty Salon

If I could leave a zero star review I would! Do NOT go here, especially if you don’t speak Spanish !!! A waste of $45.First off the lady cutting my hair only spoke Spanish. The lady that greeted me translated what I wanted and disappeared. After my hair was washed and blow dried, my hair got fried with a straightener before a few snips, I barely got any length off. My hair is already pretty straight but this stylist proceeded to use a straightener for at least 25mins, I have uses a straightener or curling iron on my hair in ages. She didn’t even attempt to ask where my natural part was she just parted it in the middle and attempted to frame the hair. She had other stylists next to but I guess no one but one person spoke English. After botching and frying my hair she proceeded to again use the straightener to "curl" my hair. Once she was done she barely showed me the back of my hair and watched closely on the tip I would submit. I literally bursted into tears when I got to my car. I am look for a different more professional salon to entrust with my hair. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Great place to get a haircut ask for Gely she has a lot of experience.

Arrived 10 minutes early and waited 25 minutes past my appointment time without anyone saying a word to me - IE "are you here for an appointment" , "thanks for coming in we'll be right with you", or even "hello". Oddly, everyone else that was waiting was spoken with.... I show up on time to appointments out of respect, I expect equal consideration be given to my time in return. I should have done more research before arriving - if you don't speak Spanish I would go elsewhere - the level of care I received certainly felt prejudiced.

Lupita is the ultimate professional your hair will never look better best place in McKinney. It’s my little secret, but I’m willing to share with you guys. This five star review only because she deserves all the clients. Let her know Cyndi Cruz sent you.

I have been coming to this salon for years now and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Booking an appointment was super easy, the staff were very friendly, and my stylist gave me the perfect haircut just the way I wanted. I highly recommend anybody to come here!

I’m am writing this review on behalf of my mother as she has limited understanding of the internet and writing reviews. My mother has gone to this place before and claims it was a great experience when getting her highlights done by stylist Lupita, so much so that she decided to return. She called to schedule an appointment and they told her to go Friday at 10 am. My mother got to the salon and the place was closed. She waited until 10:30 am and decided to leave shortly after. This was very inconsiderate of her time. To add, she called several times and no one answered. She also called Lupita directly and she did not answer. In the end, she called the salon again around 11 am and was informed that the stylist was having car trouble, which is understandable, however, they could have answered, called back, or had the courtesy to inform her of this situation. The place seems disorganized and unprofessional in regard to customer service. My mother rescheduled for next week however it would have been nice if they could have tried to squeeze her in sometime today as she was planning to get her hair done today which is why she made an appointment.

Do Not go here! They butchered my hair, I told them not too short and it’s so short but that’s only the back, the sides are a good length which doesn’t make any sense. It doesn’t look anything like the inspiration picture I showed and he said he could do the cut. It’s horrible!
