I came in for a tooth gem and had a great experience. Sharon was super friendly and the vibes were great. She even called me before my appointment to make sure that she had the shape gem I wanted. I got it done Monday afternoon. I followed the aftercare instructions I was given-I didn’t eat for two hours after it was done (instead of the one hour recommended) and it was soft food (sushi) and I didn’t have any carbonated drinks. I was super pleased with everything, until I got back home to KY on Wednesday and my gem came loose from the backing. I called immediately and Sharon said to send her a picture and that they wouldn’t refund my money but would redo it for me whenever the next time I’m in town; mind you I live in Kentucky. Luckily I have family in Vegas and I come a decent amount but after texting Sharon the pictures I’ve gotten no response to even confirm what I was told over the phone meaning the next time I show up there’s no guarantee I’ll even get my service re-done. So I’m out $55 ($75 if you count the tip) and some additional money because now I have to go to my dentist to get the backing of the gem that’s still on my tooth removed. Tooth gems are super pricey where I’m from and I thought $55 was a steal, but I guess I got what I paid for.

Didn't actually get to get a service done but I had booked an appointment to get shaped tooth gems while I was in town. Super excited got to the shop then was told after ubering there they didn't have any gems like the one I booked an appointment for. I get stuff happens they could have called texted anything. They waited until I got all the way to the shop. She didn't offer any other services or anything to compensate to make up for it in anyway or meet me halfway so I left..really disappointed the staff seemed super nice on the phone and they had great reviews. But y'all should call ahead before showing up to make sure they have the services you book

Victoria was such a sweetheart who seemed very knowledgeable about what she was doing! She definitely made me feel comfortable and answered all questions. The salon is cute…. Clean… friendly and a great atmosphere. I did a full set of the Gel-X. I’ve never had these before and it was nice to learn about them. Think $70 press-ons. It took about 50minutes….. no designs just polish, so it’s definitely quicker than acrylics but half the work. I don’t understand the outrageous cost of them. I haven’t paid $70 for a plain full set ever. They’re also paper thin and I’m afraid they’ll bend. Still gave 5 stars because of the experience. But I think I’ll be looking for an acrylic salon.

Sharon was amazing! I came in wanting tooth gems and had a certain vision and she exceeded expectations and recommended what was best for my teeth & smile. I will definitely be returning!!

I love this place and I only been one time, I randomly found it looking for tooth gems on the city and loved their prices and said why not. Sharon and Jade were absolutely amazing. Will come back!!
