Rus 2 Our Hair, Nails, and Wax

I came in on Christmas Day to get a pedicure. I asked for treatment C. The guy (one in pics online) totally ruined my toenails… He started trimming them and he cut one too short. I let it slide, and then I looked down after he trimmed my cuticles and he scrubbed my calluses because a couple of my toenails started to really burn/hurt. He had trimmed most of them way too small and they’re crooked… I told him that they hurt and I asked him to stop. Highly don’t recommend…

Hand Manicure from $25, and pedicure from $35, and they accept customers who make appointments and walk in. Nail technicians Silvia and Maple are both excellent nail technicians, don't forget to find them!

Recommend!! Genuinely my favorite nail salon out of the many I’ve gone to in the town next door Los Angeles. My nail tech had such a diverse selection of stickers and designs. She had thick binders of them. I was very impressed. She also is very knowledgeable on different types of people’s nail type preferences and will offer suggestions. She is also willing to experiment with new designs. She and the owner explained to another customer information about some of the acrylic nails I believe that are supposed to be the best quality sold in the U.S. since their customer was very serious about getting nails of top quality. What’s also great is that you can get waxing and hair cuts done here as well. My boyfriend was able to get a haircut from the owner here while I did my nails. The owner is also very knowledgeable and explained how wax holds hair better than gel. They also had a clay version. Also got my eyebrows waxed really neatly by the owner. This place was also part of some Hong Kong movies so you’ll see many pictures inside of the owner with stars.

I came here on a Sunday in May while in Vegas for a conference. The shop was empty, just me and the owner. I needed a gel polish change. The owner used the electric drill to file the polish off which hurt terribly. I’m used to a surface file and then soaking in acetone for a few minutes. It seems inhumane to use a drill for the entirety of the polish removal when it clearly hurts so much. The manicure itself was not great either. He left a lot of bubbles in the polish and uneven/bumpy nails like he didn’t smooth it out and the top was built up more than the base of the nail. I didn’t inspect my nails until I got in the car but as soon as I looked I was deflated and disappointed. The owner was an interesting and chatty guy, he said he was from New York and used to do hair there but moved to Vegas to open this shop. He said people fly in from other countries to get their hair done by him so maybe hair is his specialty and not manicures but I wouldn’t come here again for a manicure personally.

The actually soaked off my gel nail on my pedicure instead of filing it off very careful professional and fast.
