Rustic Glamour at Buffalo Swag

RUN TO THIS PLACE CAUSE IT'S AMAZING!!!!!!!! So this is my second lash lift and let me just say I wish I could give it 100 stars. So a little background, the first experience I had was at a different location, didn't get as much as a lift and I also had a burning/itchy sensation throughout that made me never want to try to do a lash lift again (because I thought that's how all of them are supposed to be like). I am so happy though that I ended up finding Rustic Glamour and doing a lift with Lu because not only was it a super smooth process (NO ITCHING OR BURNING AT ALL.. and mind you I have sensitive skin), she's also amazing at making the time go with some great stories. I've literally found my go to place in Las Cruces. It's also a down to earth/friendly environment. I mean the proof is in the photos, my normal lashes are straight with a downward incline!!!!!!

Very adorabley decorated calming atmosphere; and Ashley is amazing. I pulled up a Pinterest photo and she did it without breaking a sweat. In fact, she helped me and my mom with our daily crossword puzzle like a queen. Coming back for all my manicure needs

I have been getting my lashes with Lu for over 3 years now! She is amazing as a person and a lash boss! She has cared for my lashes and has gotten them in the best shape ever. This place is always clean and the staff is great! Both spas are great and would always speak highly of the girls here!

My last two appointments were very disappointing, both times I had to go without services and find elsewhere. Some issues I ran into my last two bookings include: Lack of Notification on Changes: Not being informed about changes in location or schedule is a common issue that can lead to confusion and frustration. No-shows and Long Wait Times: Waiting for a service provider who never arrives can waste valuable time and leave customers feeling undervalued. With a busy schedule, I book for when I know I am available, I don’t have the luxury to pop in when it fits into the providers schedule as a makeup. Even with the option to reschedule this last time, it is in my best interest to just continue services elsewhere, customers times are just as important as the service provider 🙂

I use to love coming to get my eyebrows done by Kacey or Maddy they do a fantastic job! Lu is the reason I will not be returning, unfortunately something came up and I had to reschedule my appointment that had just made yesterday at 2:30 ish. Instead of canceling I wanted to reschedule my appointment it was just for eyebrows. Well I spoke with Lu and asked if she has anything sooner. She said no so I told her need to reschedule please, she caught an attitude as soon as I mentioned I needed to reschedule. As soon as she started being rude I just told her to cancel my appointment then. Which she said okay with attitude. I received a text saying your appointment as been marked as a no-show which I didn’t no show. Thank gosh this business does not have my card information or I’m sure they’d be charging a "no-show fee" this all could have been avoided if you would have been nice and simply rescheduled my appointment like I asked nicely. Don’t even bother contacting me because I will be taking my business elsewhere! Have a great day! 💓

Having just moved from Dallas in June I was worried about finding a lash artist here. Luckily Rustic Glamour was recommended on a Facebook post. I have been coming here since I moved and each time is an amazing experience. The salon is so beautiful, clean, and such a relaxing feel. I have 2 small children, so its like a vacation every time I get my lashes done. Delilah kills it at my lashes each time. She listens exactly to what I want and she is such a pleasure to talk to. I love the flexibility of the appointments and lash artists in case there’s an emergency! I’m so happy I found Rustic Glamour!

I have been going to Ashley at Rustic Glamour to get my gel manicures for about a year. (I had seen her at her other spa prior to her move.) I absolutely LOVE the feeling I get when I get my nails done. Ashley is amazing and the owner, Lu, always makes me feel welcomed and is a great supporter of teachers and public servants. I know they're mostly known for Lashes, Waxing, and Botox, but they are a hidden gem in the manicure world! Thanks ladies for a great experience!
