I’ve been seeing Angela at Skin Studio for about 5 months now, and she’s amazing! She’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why. She’s quick and efficient with waxes, and my results are always perfecttt. Plus, she does beautiful lashes that fit my face and style perfectly. Highly recommend My girl Angie 🩷🩷

I get my eyebrows threaded by Victraya, and she does an amazing job! My brows turn out amazing every time and she is beyond nice and professional. The salon has an amazing vibe and everyone is extremely welcoming. After getting my brows threaded at some of the other salons in Lansing I realized that not every salon has the same sanitary standards. But at 211 everything is always extremely clean and sanitary, which is very reassuring!

Customer service and environment was great! The wax was clean and fast. I would go back for a wax. I've been getting my lashes done consistently for 4 years, but this was my first time at this location. I got a volume set, which looked great initially, but a large number of lashes fell off immediately on my right eye after leaving the appointment. The next day when I brushed them, many more fell off again before my event. I'm highly irritated, it looks like I've had the lashes on for 2 weeks after just 3 days on one eye. RESPONSE: After going back and reviewing your refund policy, I do see that you only offer complimentary fixes within 72 hours, that wouldn’t have been an option for me since I’m not from Lansing I was only in town briefly for a wedding and had no way to return for an adjustment. I didn’t/don’t see anything about refunds.. I booked with "any staff" because that was the only availability and the service price was already discounted since I was a new client. I didn’t mind paying full price, I’ve been getting lash extensions consistently for four years, so I understand the process and cost. What mattered most to me as a new client was retention, especially for such an important event. For anyone booking, I’d recommend choosing a Senior/Elite esthetician especially if you need lashes for an event and making sure to read all policies beforehand.

Leslie was AMAZING!! so kind and was very educational about the products that she put on my eyebrows!! They turned out to be the best brows I’ve had ❤️ I was also a little late to the appointment but she was so understanding and still got me in! So professional and understanding! I highly recommend seeing Leslie!

Lorin is the absolute the best! She is professional and kind! Her attention to detail is unmatched! Once I leave she has given me a I feel and look better and I’m so appreciative to have her as my aesthetician!

I don’t get my eyebrows done often because I’ve had multiple places mess them up but Loren did such an amazing job with them😍 I’ve had one eyebrow off for years and I can’t even notice it anymore🥹

Went in and had an amazing first service! I had a lash lift and an eyebrow tint!! Angela was very knowledgeable about skin issues and outgoing.
