Massage Envy

Just when I was ready to quit, I went to Massage Envy located in Lakeland from the moment that I made my appointment with the receptionist she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and she got me an appointment with two fantastic therapist at a 90 minute with Brian and a facial with Tiffany. Excellent service. Customer service was fantastic. Great job and I’m happy that I came back but two "Massage Envy located in Lakeland."

Tasha was fabulous! Sometimes when I go to other places for deep tissue it feels more like a firm massage. Not Tasha! She got all the way in there and made my back feel so great! Highly recommend.

Tia was a great therapist! I thought I would need a 90 minute massage, but walked out with a 60 minute massage feeling great! The only reason I am not giving M.E. 5 stars is because the employee doing my intake form did it in front of other clients. I don't think asking medical questions should be done unless it's in private.

Tiffany is the best! I had the hydrating microderm treatment. She really took her time and made me feel very nourished . Absolutely the best facial I’ve ever had! And she’s so kind. Highly recommended.

Tiffany is so friendly and just a very nice person. I had not been there in a while and she still remembers me. She helped me with a skin patch. She always makes you feel better!

Tiffany gave me a great facial—relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what my skin needed. She was professional and made the whole experience wonderful. I’ll definitely be back!

Great place and the environment was amazing I was blessed with meeting the manager and what a pleasure she was. Answering all my questions and addressing my shy concerns with love and respect. Don't let this one go guys that level of customer service doesn't exist any more. Thank you again Nancy🥰
