Never had a bad experience at this place. My husband and I go frequently and he loves how clean and fresh his feet are after. I have the same experience and have had excellent results with both regular polish and the gel applications. We always get the Zan pedicure and love the massage/hot wax/hot stone! So happy to have found a consistently good salon. Special thanks to Kim! She’s fantastic!

I absolutely adore Khai. I’ve had him twice; he remembered me from last time which surprised me. He’s always so sweet and nice to talk to. I never request a tech, but now I purposely schedule with him. 🙂

I came in for a CBD manicure and pedicure, and I have to say—the treatment itself was phenomenal. The products used were soothing, and the massage portion was excellent. That said, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The nail technicians didn’t seem very experienced. The polish application was uneven, full of bubbles, and clearly done with old polish that should’ve been replaced long ago. Despite their best efforts, the staff seemed to lack basic knowledge of proper nail painting techniques, which made the results disappointing. When having a manicure and pedicure you are not offered options and it appears the standard practice is to do the two services at the same time, which makes it uncomfortable and awkward. The setup wasn’t conducive to a relaxing experience, and it felt rushed and poorly coordinated. The manicure and pedicure will not last more than 2 days. The photos are leas than 24 hours after. Communication was also a struggle. As mentioned in many other reviews, the staff’s English is extremely limited, which made it difficult to ask questions or communicate preferences. While I always respect language differences, there needs to be at least one team member available to help bridge that gap for customer comfort. On the plus side, the space is clean and well-kept. But ultimately, cleanliness can only go so far when the technical skills just aren’t there. This felt more like a rushed attempt than a professional service, and I left wishing I’d spent my money elsewhere.

I took my husband for his first pedicure today. He had Kim. She was very friendly and cute. He said it felt very good. He especially liked the sugar scrub and lotions. Everything was clean. I didn’t get one at that time, but will definitely go back to get one. It was our first time at this nail salon.

Very nice salon, clean, open easy parking. I went in to get a new set, gel x with pink & white. These pics are 10 days after. This $85 set didn't last 2 weeks. The technician didn't file them, did nothing so they would last. And, I did ask. She was interested in doing as little as possible.

I’m really disappointed with my experience today. When I checked in, I told two different employees that I wanted the Zen Ultimate Pedicure. A different technician, Lena, ended up doing my service and never confirmed what I wanted. She proceeded with a basic pedicure instead. When I realized I hadn’t received the paraffin wax (which is part of the Zen Ultimate), I asked about it. She told me she had only given me a regular pedicure and then asked me to get out of the chair immediately. For a service at this level, the communication and customer service were very subpar. I left feeling rushed, ignored, and like my request didn’t matter at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The first time I went, they rushed my nails in just 20 minutes because the salon was busy, and I was not satisfied at all. The second time, Eric did my nails, and he did a great job, so I decided to give the salon another chance. However, the third time was the worst. I booked an appointment early in the morning for the afternoon, but when I arrived, they told me they had no time for me. They didn’t even apologize and just told me to wait. I ended up waiting for half an hour, and when I complained to the manager, instead of solving the issue, they kicked me out of the salon! I will never return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
