The Dr who administered my botox was great! The lady at the front desk however was super unfriendly and rude. Just right off the bat I felt unwelcomed. When I asked about their credentials she was offended and started being condescending like "we wouldn't be open if we didn't have experience" something along those lines. These questions are asked out of safety concern not to undermine the business. Any professional should feel comfortable answering that. She also kept trying to correct me when I listed a prior treatment. I got PRF and she kept insisting it was PRP. This was unnecessary and spoke volumes about her personality. Then when I met the Dr. he immediately could tell I'm mixed with Korean. She was stunned, had an overreacted facial expression like there's no way I could be Korean, and said something like "no way" (and not in an excited way). She could've just been shocked but this large reaction was offensive to me. This was a year ago now. I've wanted to return but this experience and her attitude/energy has kept me away from here.

This place has the latest equipment. I came here for laser and other lifting. There are professional doctors and nurses. The staff are all friendly and the facilities are hygienic. There are many events such as promotions. I felt like I found my youth here. My skin was able to regain its elasticity. I love this place very much. Thank you so much 👍

Feeling so Beautiful and Blessed after finding KMed Spa in La Habra after driving by their location. After researching their Google and Yelp reviews and saw a very well priced Radiesse filler promotion 9m thrir website and decided to contact them by calling to make an appointment to consult with their Dr. They were very kind, professional, and prompt in scheduling me the day of for my appointment after telling them I was interested in having fillers done for my smile lines and to define my jawline. I've had those fillers done and consulted with 2 other spa's but did not like how most places would quote too high prices and pressure to purchase packages of 3. The location is easy to get to on Beach Street in La Habra and was warmly welcomed to a clean and calm facility. The nurse and I consulted on what my beauty goals were for the attainable look. She informed me that my smile lines were able to be filled with an HA filler and that I'd be able to meet with the Dr. to see and confirm if the 1 Syringe of the Collagen Filler Radiesse would be able to contour my Jawline. We came to his large clean room and he agreed. The staff offered an extra 5% off since I was a new patient and was able to pay for the HA Filler and Radiesse Collagen Filler mostly in cash and the remainder blamce with my debit card. The facility had be sign electronic forms and when taking my blood pressure they asked me to rest and relax in the facial room and even offered and placed numbing cream which was comfortably knowing they were taking care of my health with my high blood pressure. After 20mins they took my vitals again and led me to the Dr's room. The Dr. Was kind and considerate and helped ease me with ice packs for where my injections were to take place. His techniques were swift and the placement of the fillers took full effect right away on my Nasial Fold Smile Lines. He once again prepped me for my Jawline Contour with the ice pack before he placed and injected both sides of my Jawline. He also showed me the remainder .3 of the Radiesse Collagen Filler and comfortably informed me he would use it on my chin area. He used medical pimple patches over where the injections took place. His calm, clean, and professional demeanor made me feel safe through out my whole treatment which took around 20mins. Overall, I was happy and thrilled to have found K MedSpa especially with my results. My slight swelling went down by the evening and did not have any bruising from the Dr's treatment techniques. The nurses and staff were wonderful and never pressured me into purchasing more. I am planning to purchase another Botox package to keep up with my attainable beauty goals and would highly recommend my friends and anyone who islooking for a safe, clean, calm, and professional Medspa for all your Beauty Needs!

I saw their sign for 4 dollar a unit Botox if you purchase a 100 units and bought the package. Was not impressed with their Customer Service or the person that administered the Botox. No communication and just came up with 75 units without telling me how much he was putting in each area.. Seemed like it was a made up number and very unprofessional. Today, I am tingling and numb in the areas he did the Botox and that has never happened before! I would not recommend this place and will never go back!

This Dr.K Medi Spa is very professional with FDA Laser equipment & several doctors & RN etc. Really Great
