Astounding service!!! Beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious salon. Beautiful uplifting music as well. I truly believe God's hand is upon this place. Professional hair stylists all around. I received an amazing haircut that completely transformed my 55 yr old face! I definitely received what I paid for and so much more. Very reasonable price too that was shocking. Thank you so much Raiza! You are a tremendous asset to your profession! Will recommend everyone to you and your beautiful establishment.

Raysa is an artist when it comes to hair and makeup. Her coloring technique is pretty close to perfect. She loves to teach and is constantly learning new techniques to improve and expand her services. Veronica is also an artist when it comes to hair. She pays close attention to detail and listens to what the client wants. This salon is pretty popular and is busy most of the time. They do accept walk-ins; however, I would recommend making an appointment ahead of time. In my opinion, prices are reasonable for the quality of service you will receive. The ambiance is welcoming. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I am very disappointed at the hair service that was provided. I showed the lady 3 different photos with 3 different angles of the haircut that I wanted and I showed her the color that I wanted and it turned out to be the complete opposite. I understand that she was dealing with personal problems at the moment, but she as a hair stylist should put her personal problems aside at the time of doing her job, so that she can concentrate on what the client wants. The job wasn’t done correctly, not the hair color, not the cut! It was my first time ever going there and honestly I wouldn’t recommend to any of my family or friends. First and last time that I will ever go to this beauty salon.

Personally the worst salon experience to date. Very unprofessional, and they didn't really treat us with hospitality because we didn't speak Spanish. I made an appointment for my sister. In the past I had my hair color and highlighted by Amy. They had talented stylist. Even in the past I struggled because I didn't speak Spanish. This is a prominently Spanish Salon. I made the appointment for 1:30pm for a wash and haircut for my sister. We had to bring my two nephews so for time restraint we were not going to blow dry. We waited over an hour for the appointment which wasn't the upsetting part, My sister got a stylist to finally service her. She never offered to wash her hair. My sister had a braid , so undoing the hair left it wavy and poofy. the stylist began cutting with a wide tooth comb with out even properly parting the hair. All in all my sister's hair was butchered. Layers not even blended. My sister was nervous asked why her hair wasn't washed or wet because she cant see the layers. Then the stylist acted like my sister was crazy and said she never cuts wet hair. Me and my sister were surprised. Even when it was done the reception said if you don't like it come back tomorrow when we are less busy to fix it. Charged my sister $16.00 flat, not even offering options for tip or anything, be cause we were visibly dissatisfied. They didn't seem focused as a well because another customer left without paying. I called the next day requesting the owner. My sister hair was horrible and she has beautiful healthy straight hair. The receptionist from the same day answered and insinuated it was our fault because we didn't want blow dry and just a haircut, but a blow dry would of never made a difference they never did or wanted to do a proper job the first time. Blow dry doesn't not change a hair cut. She also said you can come and in have her hair redone but pay for blow dry if she didn't blow dry they wouldn't touch it and we have to pay at least $30.00 . This is unacceptable its truly not a matter of money but service.I was even referred by a customer Jackie and gave the salon a free trip to Miami. But they were not hospitable or accommodating and made us feel like we a nuisance and we didn't even make a scene, they were in the wrong completely. And its worst to know they didn't want to give good service, because you know they have the talent to do a good job, but they simply didn't want to.

They were terrible they ruin my hair and shirt. My hair went from black to orange and the blow dry and flat iron left my hair as a nightmare. My shirt ended up ruined and I had to throw it away too. It’s a nightmare don’t go! It was my first time going and my last. She was too busy and unprofessional.
