I booked this for my best girlfriend’s birthday, and it could not have been more perfect. From start to finish, the experience was relaxing, thoughtful, and just what we needed. The 60 minutes went by so fast, in the best way. The head spa, neck and shoulder massage, facial, and jelly mask all felt amazing and flowed together beautifully. It was such a fun and special way to celebrate her, and we both left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and totally pampered. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, and the service felt genuinely caring and unrushed. Such a great value for everything that’s included, especially with the promo. We both loved it and would absolutely book again.

Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. I essentially received a hair wash and a scratched scalp. There was nothing "deep" about the massage attempt. The woman who worked on me was older, and her nails were sharp, I can still feel the scratching on my head. Every time I thought she was finally starting the massage, she simply rubbed my scalp for a few seconds. It wasn’t a massage at all. I’m lucky if she even did 15-20 seconds of actual massage. I booked a 1-hour service, and she only spent about 45 minutes with me. It wasn’t a massage at all, just random rubbing and scratching across my scalp. It’s a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! When she finished, she immediately handed me the bag with my top and told me to change. As I was changing, she opened the main door and LEFT IT OPEN!. Extremely unprofessional. She blow-dried my hair but didn’t style it or do anything beyond that. I left very unhappy and will not return. I do not recommend this place. Avoid it.

Had a great experience at Pi Head Spa. My hair wash, head massage & facial was relaxing. The service also included a neck and shoulder massage, and a jelly mask facial. I left with super soft and silky hair. Great service to get every now and then for good scalp health. Great location with easy parking. I recommend people to come here!

I just had my 60 min treatment done by Tiffany and it was the best. So relaxing and she blows out your hair with a Dyson at the end. I left with such shiny and smooth hair. The service includes a mini facial which was a nice add, plus a massage!

Went recently for a couples head spa and facial! Had an amazing time, the salon is very clean and had a relaxing ambiance. Ann and Tiffany did a great job and our hair was silky smooth and incredibly soft afterwards.

First time trying shampoo here. Friendly, professional staff, cozy space. The massage is very good. I feel very comfortable. After washing my hair is smooth and shiny. it is still smooth after 3 days. I will come back here. Before and after service
