Best waxed in Houston! I am a trans man and had so much trouble finding affirming services that were actually worth it! I have been coming here for YEARS now and would HIGHLY recommend her. She’s knowledgeable, personable and will make your experience so comfortable. I have also received skin services from her where she did some extractions in my beard and took care of a problem with ingrown hairs in my beard. She gave me this serum that I use faithfully and my ingrown problem has pretty much disappeared! Love love LOVE her!!!

I’m 7 months pregnant and came to Olori Spa for my very first sugar wax, and Kristen was absolutely incredible! From the moment I called with a million nervous questions, she was so patient, gentle, and accommodating even adjusting her schedule for me. When I arrived, she instantly made me feel comfortable and cared for, almost like a motherly presence. She explained everything step by step, offered numbing spray beforehand, gave me a gentle wipe down, and made sure my pregnant belly was supported with different comfortable positions. I got a butt wax, vagina, and inner thighs done she was extremely thorough, cleaned me up beautifully, and finished with oil that soothed my skin and even helped with previous ingrowns. She also sent me home with her organic products, which I LOVE especially being pregnant and avoiding harsh chemicals. The feminine wash and oil keep me fresh and moisturized all day (a lifesaver in this Texas heat when I’m sweating more!). It’s now the third day and I’m still so smooth. On top of all that, our conversation was amazing, and she even might’ve given me the name of my first baby 😅. My boyfriend also noticed her work right away and said she did an amazing job he’s extremely grateful too! Kristen is gentle, caring, and truly gifted at what she does. I went in nervous and shy but left confident and so happy. I’ve officially found my forever sugar wax woman and will recommend her to anyone I can!

As always it’s an amazing experience! I tried the Sugar Me wax and let’s just say out with the old (purple wax) and in with the NEW (sugar). The BEST hands down!

Kristen is amazing! she has been waxing me for about 4 months and has consistently done a good job, i rarely have any pain and i don’t have irritation when she waxes me. I recently switched to sugaring and she did it in smaller sections to help reduce the pain so i could get used to it. i would highly recommend going to her to do your waxing/ sugaring, she’s great & very sweet!
