I came in really excited for a haircut and style, but I left feeling very sad and disappointed. I have thick, long, curly hair, and it was clear the stylist did not know how to work with my hair type. My hair was dried without using any brushes, leaving it extremely frizzy. I stopped the service because I knew the straightening would not turn out well and asked to only pay for the haircut, but I was still charged for the full haircut package. The service was very expensive for the experience I received. I even re-wet my own hair and still tipped because I didn’t want to leave with frizzy hair. Very disappointing experience.

I tried so many places on Long Island, I finally tried K hair salon and it was a wonderful experience. She knew how to get the haircut I wanted and she put extra effort after the haircut to blow dry, straighten and set my hair. The price was lower compared to other salons for the same haircut I’ve gotten and she didn’t charge extra to set my hair. Other hair salons charge additional money to blow dry. 5/5 experience.

This is the best hairstylist salon in Long Island for me! I told the hairstylist that I wanted to get rid of my damaged hair and make it look more voluminous. She did a great job — I love how she cut and styled my hair. I’m so happy with her work!

I looked everywhere for a good hair salon in LI, and I’m so happy I finally found this place! The stylist who cut my hair was super skilled and efficient, and the end result came out gorgeous. Pricewise, I think it’s a great value for the level of service you get. Definitely a keeper, this will be my go to spot from now on!

Cindy is one of a kind... I have been searching forever for a good barber and I have looked everywhere on the island, Queens, and Manhattan, expensive or cheap and no one comes close to Cindy's style! She really knows how to make hair look fantastic as you leave the salon and even a month later as your hair grows in... And the best part is, she has great prices!!! She has been such a blessing and she is a lovely and sweet woman on top of it all.

I highly recommend this place. Being in Korea for more than a decade, i was searching for a Korean hair stylist and I am so glad that I finally met Cyndy and her assistant Karishma (sorry if I got the name wrong). I highly recommend this place. I was really happy with the work they have done. My daughter (3 year old) also loved her first saloon visit and she keeps saying that she wants to visit the saloon again. Thank you for making it so much joyful.😊

I did my Keratin treatment here. It’s the best someone’s ever done my hair. I showed an inspiration image to them and they did it exactly!! no other salon could compare.
