I just wanted to start off and say how nice the customer service was and how much Jennifer made me feel so comfortable. I unfortunately did not like my nails after seeing what they looked like under board daylight. I left the salon with so much dryness thickness and what it looked to be like glue, the nails weren’t even painted on the side and my pinky on my left hand looked to be higher than the rest. I loved having Jennifer as my tech just wished things looked better than it came out.

If I could give no stars I would. I have been here three times now, each time I have told myself maybe I’ll get someone better next time. WRONG! I got a 68$ pedicure, it’s supposed to come with wax, stones, a mask with hot towels and exfoliating scrub…. The lady didn’t do the mask. She also placed my gel far from my cuticle, and did NOT get my dead skin on the right foot, now let’s move onto my Full set… I asked for duck nails, the nails that I was given were basic French tips. They were not even duck nails at all. The girl tried to do duck nails, using clear tips and clearly did not know what she was doing at all leaving bubbles underneath the pink acrylic on my nail bed…when I asked her to fix it, She just put polish over it and called it a day. I will never come here again. I’m sure they wondered why I spent $140 and did not tip. I’m tired of people expecting to be paid and do a horrible job at this point. I wish I didn’t even pay $140. I’m so upset. This acrylic won’t last for even a week the way she placed it. The gel will start to peel on my toes because that was also poorly placed. These also are not duck nails at all. I’ll also attach my inspiration pic! On the other hand they had an EMPLOYEE who was talking to her boyfriend on SPEAKER PHONE about how she was on her PERIOD and how she was bleeding heavy, she was a young adult in high school. The word unprofessional doesn’t even do it justice. I will never come here again. The dark picture is the inspiration photo

I love this place! I came in today for a pedicure with my best friend and we ended up getting smooth sensation hot stones pedicure. When I tell you the experience was great from the hot towel to the hot stones and wax finish it was great! Shout out to Sally and Anthony for the amazing pedicure today!

This place is across town and yet I do the 45 minute drive because this is the ONLY place I trust to do my nails! They are absolutely fantastic! Been going here for 3 years and every single time they don’t disappoint. Every time it’s someone different who does my nails and every time they are just as good as my last set. They can do any design you want! Their workers are amazing! I always come back with the prettiest nails. Will never stop recommending this place!

Jennifer AAATTEEE. Finally a nail salon that doesn't tear up my cutiles, and actually gets the shape right. Will definitely be returning. Incredible talent and service here. Update; its been 2 and a half weeks and my nails have not broken or cracked 😍 (and Im kinda rough with my nails) going back for a new set todaay

I have been going to Jenifer and she has Introduced me to the most beautiful gold, glittery tones and polish choices so nice, I’m hooked ! They have so many wonderful choices and it’s so clean and relaxing❤️

Just don’t waste your time. I’m really disappointed to have to do this in general because this place has gone so downhill over the last 3 years. I used to come in and I could ask for super fun designs and all of the employees were so happy and fun. It seriously was a good time. I even sent many friends here. Unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore. Everyone good left. I continued to give them chances for a bit because the location is so convenient, but then took a long break from doing my nails done. I went back because I needed my nails done for a very important event I was doing. I requested a gel color with some sparkles. The tech literally refused to do the colors I wanted. She even went as far as lying and saying they were out of a color they actually had. The colors needed to match my outfit. I ended up leaving with colors I didn’t want but were close enough. The next day, I noticed them super bumpy and uneven. I went in to have them fixed (that is when I found out they actually had the colors I really wanted). They did a terrible job fixing them and I had to go somewhere else completely and pay again to have them done (I have a girl I love to have to my nails but she’s super far so it’s hard to just go see her). I went back to Jazz Nails again to have something super basic done and this tech argued with me too about the color. I had to ask her why she was arguing over the color I’m choosing?? It’s my nails! She did them and they were ok. I went back a third time to give them another chance. All I got was a shiny chrome color and they chipped all off on the top after 2 days. Now, I must be a glutton for punishment because I went a fourth time. I got matte black with a copper tip for a concert I was going to. I left there when they closed around 8pm. Next morning, I got up and went to work and noticed how uneven they were. All different lengths and chipping completely off. The design looked terrible. These are gel by the way. I always get gel. So I called and they requested pictures. I sent pictures. They told me to come in at 9am on a Monday. I had off work because it was Labor Day so I came in. The girl that was supposed to fix them called in late so a different girl fixed them. She had to file off the color because it needed completely redone. I had her put a matte lime green on only because I don’t want to ask for a design just to have it look awful. But that meant that I was $5 under what I initially spent on my nails. So I asked for a refund of the $5 or something because I no longer have chrome. They refused. They said that I got a different color and they didn’t charge me. Lol. Well first of all, she had to redo them regardless duh!!! Second of all, it’s Labor Day and I’m supposed to be at the pool with my family but I’m here trying to get this taken care of before too much time has past!!! The fact that I have to drive here again and that’s the response I get?? Yeah no. Needless to say, I definitely will never go back and have told all my friends who go to no longer go either.
