Cara is truly amazing! I’ve been coming to her for at least a year and a half and have consistently been amazed at how good my hair looks! She listens, understands exactly what I want, and always delivers better than I imagined. Her attention to detail, talent, and warm personality make every appointment a joy. Dania!! She does phenomenal work. She and Jackie are a great team. I’ve been going to Dania (about every 8 weeks) for two years. I live an hour away but the drive is so worth it. She understands what I want, makes it happen and makes me feel beautiful. She has slowly lightened my super dark hair to blend my grays seamlessly. I am so glad that I found this salon and Dania 🩷🙌🏽.

I have been going to Dania at WOW for over a year now. I used to have color and highlight only at an excellent stylist in NJ, I used to travel there twice a year. Until I met Dania. Dania is a talented stylist, she masters coloring , highlight and extensions. She also great at cutting and styling, She has the skills and the great personality. She enjoys what she does and that reflects on her work outcome. Last time I met sweet Jackie, and she makes a great team with Dania. Thank you for Dania and Jackie for making my hair beautiful.

I looove coming to Alan. I first came here in September after a hairstylist elsewhere ruined my hair with a very short cut and uneven layers. With each visit Alan has been fixing and improving my hair. My confidence is restored every time I come. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Wilson is so talented, he’s truly an artist! I always leave feeling great about my cut. He makes it easy to keep my style up until the next time. He’s the best, I’ve been going to him for over 35 years and he keeps me in vogue for today’s style

We can’t say enough good things about Alan. This was our first time at the salon and he made us feel like long time clients. He slayed my daughters hair. We will most definitely be back to see him again! He’s an absolute gem.

Hi! I don’t normally do stuff like this but I want this to never happen to anyone else. So around march, I went to wow salon co.  I specifically told them that I needed to be with somebody that specializes with curly hair because I wanted full curtain bangs and they promised me that they would put me with somebody that knew what they were doing. I get there to my appointment and the girl that I saw Which I’m not gonna drop names. If you wanna know the names you can message me. proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know how to do bangs but that somebody else could come over and help while they were doing a color Correction that knows how to do bangs so I was like OK that’s fine. I asked for a gloss and for a cut and style and was charged over the price that I was told originally that would be around $75 my ending price was $150. I then ended up having to go to my normal hairstylist all the way in Charlotte who has 17 years under her belt of experience to get everything fixed because this girl chopped my hair up, totally uneven, and the gloss that she put in only lasted two weeks. I called within the first week multiple multiple times to try and get in touch with the Salon person that did my hair and I was told by the front desk that she would give me a call back every time so a couple of weeks ago I asked if there was a manager I could speak to because this is unacceptable And I spoke to a manager and she told me she was giving me $150 credit and that I could come in whenever I was ready so I called earlier this week to get that scheduled and she went back on her word told me that the only thing that they could cover would be a cut because I had to get my gloss redone by somebody else And I was like you guys are not touching my hair scissors ever again and so the funny thing is when I called to schedule they tried to put me with the same girl that messed up my hair in the first place and when I spoke to her, she told me that no one ever told her that I called so she had no idea that I even called to say that there was an issue. so I just wanna warn people that there may be good stylists there but, They do not know how to handle customer service well at all, and I am highly highly disappointed in this whole entire experience I’ve had to spend over $350 to get my hair done in one month that is insane and as a girl who actually takes care of her hair and really cares about what it looks like this was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had in my life. It is insane that a gloss should cost me $100 I have been places to get a gloss for way less. That is outrageous but yeah I just wanted to let people know that if you’re thinking about going to the salon don’t their customer service sucks. They may seem really nice but most of the girls that work there do not know what they’re doing. There is probably maybe three people that know what they’re doing especially with curly hair and if you’re looking for somebody with experience, they consider experience to be like four years or less that is not what actual experience is experience for me is 10 years or above, so yeah rant over. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
