The overall cost was cheaper than what I was intially quoted and therefore her tip was from the difference of what I was originally quoted. This woman had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She didn't even know how to brush out my extensions properly. Not only that but she was late for our appointment. She was extremely unprofessional and doesn't seem qualified for the job. I walked out before she had the chance to even attempt to cut my hair.
