Jennifer is beyond a great stylist..she demonstrates her artist knowledge professionally YET her personality is the WINNER. The Salon is awesome and demonstrates immediate feeling of welcome.

Friendly staff and very beautiful salon. I loved my stylist Emily. She took the time to sit down with me discuss what I was wanting from my hair, what was possible for my hair and what that would look like. We looked through pictures and came up with a cut we both thought would be good. She did an excellent job too! It was a nice added bonus that the salon had vegan shampoo. I left feeling confident and radiant, I will definitely be going back there again.

I absolutely adore my hair stylist, Emily! When my husband and I moved cities a couple of years ago, I was so anxious about having to find a new salon and stylist. Luckily, I found Emily at Cheveux who made me feel right at home with her friendly personality! I’ve had some terrible salon visits in the past, unfortunately, and she did a great job putting those worries to bed. She truly enjoys what she does and it shows! She always creates beautiful highlights on me while maintaining the integrity of my hair, which I highly appreciate. Since going to Emily I’ve had several different cuts and variations of blonde, all of which she has created beautifully! In addition to the amazing stylists, the salon is always clean and inviting. They sell high end, quality products and always have a variation of beverages available to guests. I highly recommend Cheveux to anyone!

I went in for a color correction over some brassy highlights. The hair dresser, Emily, thought she knew best and asked if she could " trim the ends a little" I agreed. She proceeded to cut off over 3inches of my shoulder length hair, players and give me bangs, which I didn't have. I even stopped her and said" I don't want bangs, i don't wear them" ( I was letting a small area that broke off blend in a side sweep of long layers by my face till they grew out. She said "oh I'm just blending them in so they look on purpose". She cut half of the whole front of my hair bang length. She was spinning me around in the chair and flipping and pulling my hair from one side to another so much I don't realize how much she took off until it was over. Plus she cut my hair dry.. Wasn't easy to tell. I haven't looked this ugly since high school and I'm in my 40s. My nice long layers are chopped off. I'm devastated. It will take 6 to 9 months to just get to where I was. I did tell her. She refunded my money. I just feel violated. Why is it that people you're paying think they have a right to do something to you without telling you?? They don't! I don't care what she thought of my hair..I didn't ask, or agree to my hair being cut off. Now what am I supposed to do. BUYER BE WARE! Where can you go to send thousands of dollars a year where they actually listen? I'm from Chicago and no matter where I go in this state they just do whatever they want. They don't care what you ask for. Why does everyone have so little respect for others here?

Lori the "owner' has to be the worst hairstylist EVER. Not only was my color and cut subpar but she bleached out my shirt due to her inept shampooing technique and I had to leave soaking wet. Think twice before requesting her.

It's the best and the stylists are all phenomenal especially Emily.
