recently visited this charming beauty parlor and had an amazing experience! The stylist, Princess, was fantastic, and her talent made my hair transformation truly special. The salon has an adorable, fairy tale-like decor in shades of pink, creating a delightful atmosphere. Not only were the prices very affordable, but the positive vibes from everyone there were infectious. I'm absolutely in love with my new hair and color, and I can’t wait to return in a couple of weeks for my extensions. Highly recommend it

I visited this salon about a month ago for a haircut and asked for long layers. I showed the hairstylist a reference photo of what I wanted. She mentioned that the model in the picture had a blowout and commented that because I have a lot of hair, the service would take longer since she would need to section and clip it. At that point, the comment felt unprofessional and made me feel like she was rushing through the appointment. Instead of styling my hair similar to the photo, she chose to curl it, explaining it would be quicker. When she finished, I felt like very little hair had actually been cut, so I asked her to cut more. She became frustrated and said that I had told her to cut that amount. She did cut more afterward but mentioned that she would have to redo my hair and that it was difficult since it was already curled. The situation made me feel like it was my fault, even though she could have checked with me before styling to confirm I was satisfied with the length. Since I was facing away from the mirror, I couldn’t clearly see how much was being cut. Once I got home, I realized there were no long layers in the back only the ends were trimmed, with minimal face framing. I paid $77 for this service, which felt rushed and left me feeling uncomfortable for simply having a lot of hair. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. I don’t get my hair cut often, and experiences like this are exactly why. If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would. Girls with long thick hair could understand.

I had an amazing experience with Cindy! As a first-timer getting my hair done, I was a little nervous, but she immediately made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to make sure I was happy with every step and really listened to what I wanted. The results went above and beyond what I was expecting — I absolutely love my hair! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who delivers and makes you feel great while doing it. 💇‍♀️✨

I have been going to Beauty parlour since November 2024 and I truly love this salon. The workers are always so friendly and welcoming, Making everytime I go in feel at home. Cindy Torres does such an amazing job on my hair and I couldn't ask for anyone better. She meets all my hair needs and wants and over exceeds everytime. It's always 100000000/ 10 for me. Highly recommend !!
