Horrible service! I left this place in tears because the lady was so rude ! I was already there for two hours and then to receive attitude for a service I am paying for was heart breaking ! I will never return! Now I understand why this place was empty!

My hair looks amazing! It needed some TLC and I appreciate how thorough it was washed, trimmed and relaxed. If I'm ever in the area again I definitely will be coming back here!!

Ms. Candy and Alessandra will ensure you look beautiful, your hair looks healthy and will make you feel like family. My husband loves to come with me when they are doing my hair and because I did not mentioned yet, I drive an hour because I won’t go to any other beautician but, them 2. I took my daughter to get her hair done and the customer service was amazing! Nice ladies and they made my daughter hair look pretty!! Def coming back all the time. Satisfied customer for sure

I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years!! Both Candy & Alessandra are great!!! They are detailed and just really good with blow outs, straighten and coloring, my hair lasts over a week! Honestly you won’t regret giving them a shot! Just call ahead to secure a spot so you don’t wait too much. Alessandra can wax your eyebrows and does pedicures too. They are amazing and make you feel welcomed and comfortable!

I DO NOT recommend I recently had a blowout at a salon and unfortunately, the experience was quite unsatisfactory. Despite clearly expressing that I wanted my hair to be bone straight, the stylist styled it in a way that was not to my liking(flipped outward) Following this, she asked if I wanted my hair flat ironed and upon agreeing, she seemed visibly flustered (said oh my god in Spanish)and asked me to move to another stylist's chair due to a personal commitment. I asked why she said she had a doctors appointment. It was quite disappointing to be left waiting. i was already there for 2 hours. Eventually, I was left waiting for the new stylist to finish my hair, but she was busy casually eating a sandwich for 15 min. the original stylist started attending to another client instead. This level of unprofessionalism and the unnecessarily lengthy process definitely did not meet my expectations, and I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

Mrs. Candy is a wonderful professional. She restored my daughter's damaged hair and gave great tips/advice on after care. They even have a braiding beautician there some days. This is best blow out salon in NC.
