I had an amazing experience at O'Hair! I really needed a haircut so I called this morning to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in that same afternoon. My stylist Brittney was extremely kind and helpful talking through what I was looking for throughout the appointment. I am so so happy with how it turned out. It costed $102 for wash, cut, and style which is an extremely reasonable for a such a great service!

I had called this salon for quotes for a haircut and potential color. However, I was not informed that if additional color was needed that I would be charged extra. My additional coloring ended up costing $200 extra and I was told at the end of my appointment not prior to the start of hair coloring. I called the salon the day after and was told the hair stylist forgot to mention how much additional coloring would cost. Although, the staff member was sympathetic to my situation, nothing else was done. I was decently happy with the service but the price shock without being told prior was very upsetting. My advice for potential clients going there, to please ask about up charges especially if your hair is thicker, etc. EDIT: The owner reached out to me and refunded a portion of the additional cost for color, which I appreciated very much. She explained to me the breakdown of costs and how it could potentially turn out in future visits and was transparent and professional. Thank you for the immediate response in this situation!

I got my haircut here multiple times with two different stylists and it was always great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fairly priced too considering they don’t take tips.

Misael is a hair color artist/genius! He is thoughtful, creative and understands what you ask for and knows how to do it even better than you hoped.

I got a perm and cut. The stylist hardly talked to me. She had no communication style or connection. I paid around $300 for the service, which took a long time. Mind you, my hair was short at the time, and it really shouldn't have taken as long as it did. She kept reading the box and re reading it... which made me nervous (but I figured since it was a fancier salon that maybe they have a different way to perm hair or something and that's why it costs so much so maybe that's why she kept rereading the box). i followed all the instructions she gave post perm, and also, this wasn't my first perm. The perm failed, and I had to call and make a "check up" appointment because the front desk person didn't believe me. I've had 3 perms before this one that didn't take and so after she checked my hair and kept asking questions acting like it was something I did, she had to talk to the manager and then she redid my hair. This time, the perm took, but I also just felt like I was an inconvenience to her for both appointments. Like I said, this one perm wasn't my first perm, but I will always remember it as my WORST perm...

I really like this place. The front desk is professional and friendly. The space is well designed, no clutter. The stylists are dressed appropriately. My stylist definitely understood what I was looking for in a cut. She mentioned how the stylists are always learning techniques. The price was completely reasonable, and there's no tipping which is a novel idea. I'm all for tipping for good service, but it was a nice change of pace to be at a place that didn't have that extra confusion at the end. I will definitely be going back.
