I got the bridal package here, and every visit was such a nice surprise. They took great care of my skin, body, and massage each time, and every session felt a little different in the best way. So I started going to Kang Esthetic on August 9 with a 10-session package. Guess what? On my first day, the esthetician took one look at my face and said: "…Your skin’s too sensitive to touch today." 🙁 She wasn’t wrong though — my face looked like it had been through a desert storm. (Dry, flaky, tight… basically, my skin was crying for help.) But instead of forcing a treatment, she told me to rest my skin for a week, taught me a simple daily facial massage, and recommended a few basic ingredients for calming and repairing. And omg — it was instant magic. Within days, my skin started glowing like it remembered how to be skin again. Now, here’s the thing***: I’m an introvert, and usually I hate face-to-face one-on-one stuff. But this esthetician? She’s different. No awkward questions. No fake "so what do you do?" small talk. Just calm energy, total focus, and genuinely caring vibes. It feels like therapy — but for your face. 😌 I kept going every week, and now my friends keep saying "Your face looks smaller!", "Your neck looks longer!" and I’m like… maybe it’s just my confidence stretching out 😏 Anyway — one thing’s for sure: Facial contouring (Gyeongrak) isn’t a one-time miracle. You’ve gotta show up, follow the advice, and keep at it. If you do, though? The glow-up is very, very real.

Oh my goodness, let me just start off with 10/10 would recommend a thousand times. This was my first ever guasha experience and I was not only given a full rundown of what kind of treatment I would receive, but I was actually also warned that given that it's my first time, it'll be quite difficult. I really appreciated that instead of shying away from telling me something that could scare me off, my expectations were set from the beginning and I was able to have a fantastic experience because I knew what was going to happen. On top of that, the results themselves were so clear that I knew I had to come back. I don't write reviews very often, but wow, if you're looking for somewhere to get your facials done, definitely try Kang Esthetic!
