Vivian Head Spa deserves more than 5 stars. I had an incredibly relaxing and amazing experience. Linda was exceptional and I highly recommend this hair spa for your hair needs. The neck, shoulder, and head massage was impeccable! The facility is clean, friendly, and the price was very reasonable too! I don't live in Texas, but each time I come to visit family, I will make sure to get another service.

I have never been to a head spa before so I decided to give it a try. My therapist was Vicky. She was very friendly and nice. The service she provided was amazing. She kept me relaxed th whole time. The attention to detail was great. She did not rush and made me feel like a king. I would reccomend this place and especially Vicky to any of my friends.

I was thoroughly impressed with today’s head spa experience at Vivian Head Spa. The ambiance is refined and tranquil, providing a true escape from the stresses of daily busy life. I received the 90-minute Anti-aging Therapy, and it exceeded my expectations. The therapist was not only highly skilled but also exceptionally gentle and attentive. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, making the entire session deeply relaxing. I will most certainly be returning on a regular basis, and will definitely recommend this place to everybody! 10/10♥️

My friend & I visited here on 9/5/25. Service was amazing, seemed very knowledgeable. First thing was the scalp analysis, which we both really enjoyed - there’s 5 diff tests, that shows you a picture & a point/scale measure of where your hair/scalp ranges. Then they take you to the locker room, where you have a cute little silk pullover wrap to change into & slippers. We each received 2 services each, we both did the Anti-Aging scalp treatment. While we both loved it, it def is more for hair that needs extra love, more scrubbing & brushing of the hair along with scalp massage, shoulders, & neck. Wonderful service & comes with blow dry/style at the end - next time we want to try the Jasmine treatment! We had Sylvia & Sydney During the blowout, they bring you sliced oranges & grapefruit, with assorted nuts, with your choice of water/tea, mini wafer cookies & breath mint! Soooo cute & really enjoyed this little treat My friend received 1hr foot massage/scrub, she really enjoyed it, would’ve liked alittle deeper pressure on the heels, overall great service. I received the Eye acupressure (30 mins) while the service was amazing, & would’ve liked alittle get again - I do wish there was more focus on solely the eyes! Again, after the 2nd treatments, received more fruit, nuts, & choice of water/tea! Super impressed for attending first time & seeing all over social media! Highly recommend & very reasonably priced - We definitely plan on scheduling more appointments here!

The whole experience was wonderful. From the moment you walk in the door until you walk out the door. The ladies were so nice and gentle and I enjoyed my head treatment that I got. I highly recommend it. I will be going back for other services as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Vivian Head Spa. From the moment we walked in, Jasmine made us feel so warm and welcome. We were a little nervous trying something outside of our comfort zone, but her knowledge and calm confidence immediately put us at ease. She took the time to help us choose the right facial and scalp therapy, and we felt completely cared for from the start. Jasmine then handed us off to Summer, Julian, and Tina, and wow. Each of them delivered incredibly refreshing facials and hands down the best scalp therapy I have ever experienced. It felt thoughtful, relaxing, and truly special. Every person we encountered treated us so kindly and made the experience feel personal, not rushed. Bonus moment. I never wear my hair straight, and when I walked into the office the next day everyone was shocked at how pretty and sleek it looked. I genuinely felt like I was walking the red carpet! Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I cannot wait to go back.

I had the best experience here and am already planning my next trip back (I drove 2 hours to go here). I had the pleasure of having Vivian do my treatment and it was divine! I am truly grateful because not only was it relaxing but my hair smelled amazing even after multiple washes! Treat yourself ladies!! I did the Floral Purification and Balance Treatment and would give it 10 stars if I could. Excellent customer service and experience!
