Love love love this nail salon. The staff is so kind and attentive to every one of my needs. Bu does amazing nail art and every detail is beyond perfect. In love with my set every time, she never fails. Love love love her.! She’s definitely my go to nail tech to get my nails perfect every time.

⸻ I took my girlfriend here for a nail appointment and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made her feel completely comfortable. They paid attention to every detail and didn’t rush the process at all. Her nails came out flawless — clean shape, perfect polish, and exactly what she asked for. You can tell they really care about their work and about the experience, not just getting people in and out. The salon itself was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. Most importantly, my girlfriend left feeling confident and happy — and that’s what matters most to me. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back.

Maggie did a great job. This was my first time here and it was amazing and very soothing. She did everything I asked for with my shape and was very thorough. Will be returning back.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from the new manager, I believe her name is Mimi. I called ahead to ask if my regular nail tech was available at any point that day. She immediately told me my tech was fully booked, without appearing to check the system. When I arrived in person, I asked again to confirm, and I was told once more that my nail tech was unavailable. Less than five minutes later, I saw my nail tech free up. I mentioned that I was sad to hear she had been booked, and she informed me that she actually was not booked at all. I wish the manager had taken the time to properly check the system and, when I arrived, to see that my nail tech was almost finished with her customer. A simple suggestion to wait a few minutes would have made all the difference. The situation felt unprofessional, and I was also uncomfortable with how rudely the manager seem to treat the nail tech. I miss the previous manager, Bryan, and the level of service the salon provided under his leadership.

I absolutely love Villa Nails! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is always great. Layla is the BEST—she’s incredibly talented and always makes my nails look perfect. Highly recommend!
