Maroc Hamam Spa

I tried to book a treatment for myself and a friend, but saw some discrepancies between their website and online booking. I phoned them to do some customization and to confirm pricing. I was told that the treatments we chose were not available. I thought that was odd since it was available online. Apparently one of the treatments we chose was nonexistent as a standalone one and we could only bundle it. I alerted them that the treatment was offered separately on their website so it would be helpful to get it removed if they truly don’t offer it as such. I was told "it wasn’t" which I found odd (again), but brushed it off as miscommunication. Since I needed to coordinate with someone else to pin down new treatments for the both of us, I told the staff I would give them a call in a few hours. They proceeded to call me through WhatsApp multiple times before then to determine if we still wanted to come at that time (now not even for our new treatments). I understand we chose a weekend time and it sounded like they get very booked — they were offering a similar treatment but standing up — but it felt like we were rushed to make a decision. I even received a text on WhatsApp saying, "hello?" This was, again, after I mentioned I would call them back in a few hours. I plan on booking a treatment here someday since it’s been on my list to try for a very long time, but upon first impression they have some logistics to work through.

This was my first time ever getting a Hamam bathing experience, and I chose the MHS Signature Hamam. It was absolutely amazing. I scheduled my appointment the night before, but they needed to move it up. They text me first and then called to confirm, which I really appreciated. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was welcoming. She explained everything clearly, including how to get dressed beforehand and how the locker worked. The lounge, the décor, the music, the overall ambiance… just so peaceful. I’ll be honest I wasn’t prepared for the noise the steam makes in the sauna room (lol), but once I got used to it, it was incredibly relaxing. I was also given a bottle of water prior to entering the sauna. Preeti (hope I'm spelling her name correctly) did an amazing job and was so accommodating. She checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, asked about the water temperature, and made sure I didn’t slip when turning over. I also loved the tea and the baklava afterward. I was in absolutely no rush to get back to the outside world. Thank you so much for such a wonderful first experience. I realized I need to treat myself more, and I genuinely look forward to coming back.

I had an amazing experience at this bath house and spa. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with soothing music and calming decor that instantly put me at ease. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and the variety of treatments offered was impressive. I especially enjoyed the massage and body scrub. which left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a peaceful escape and a chance to pamper themselves.

Experienced my first bath body scrub here, and I must say it was one of the best massages I have ever experienced. My muse Jahy was awesome. The atmosphere was calming and clean. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Wow! Words can’t even describe this experience. Every aspect was magical. The dry brushing, the scrubs, sauna, bubbles, and massage. I feel like a whole new woman. Highly recommend.

This is the best spa I’ve ever been to. It is very relaxing. I brought my mom and aunt here and they loved the experience. We had the best time. We got massages and facials. Roha did our facials and she was very thorough, sweet, and pleasant. She gave great recommendations for our skin. The overall experience was amazing.

The spa is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. I was promptly seated and asked to complete waivers before being directed to the changing room. However, I didn't come across the owner/manager; instead, there were two staff members present. I do wish their greeting had been more professional, and they had discussed the services and potential additions with me. A proper introduction to my day's assistant would have been nice as well. The service concluded with delightful tea and baklava. I recommend having extra lotion or oil available for those without their own and providing disposable hair brushes for post-shower use, or at least notifying guests that these items aren't provided. Despite my high expectations, I still found the experience relaxing. Also my scrub wasn’t good, I could tell the assisting me was young and inexperienced. Maybe I’ll explore their other services on my next visit.
