LaserAway Frisco

I went to LaserAway today after visiting a few other locations first. This location impressed me so much that I had decided to do my first treatment today too! Everyone was welcoming and confidently knowledgeable. I felt like I was in caring hands. Mariam (please forgive my spelling) performed my procedure today and was wonderful. She was very gentle and really guided me through the procedure. I would 100% refer my friends to this location.

This was my 5th session at LaserAway for Clear + Brilliant and microneedling, and every visit has been consistently excellent! The entire team is warm, welcoming, and very professional. Manager Veronica and Gabriel at the front desk are always friendly and make the whole experience smooth. All the nurses are really good and take great care of me every time. Today, Diana was absolutely wonderful - patient, gentle, and very thorough. I truly appreciate the consistent care and positive atmosphere at LaserAway. Highly recommend!

The front office staff is very welcoming and do a great job at scheduling because I rarely have a wait time. They keep me up to date with sales and promotions which keeps me coming back for different treatments at a great price! I’m currently doing laser hair removal and I have to tell you Diane is FANTASTIC! She does a great job and she makes you feel so comfortable while doing it. She is very personable, really listens to you, answers questions and gives great recommendations. I never feel rushed.

I moved to Texas from Northern California a couple of years ago and between work and life, I haven’t had a lot of time to build friendships. Walking into LaserAway Frisco honestly surprised me in the best way. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted like a longtime friend. Best way I can describe it is walking in and instantly feeling like you’ve found your people. The front desk staff alone could convince you to come back. They are genuinely kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Low key, I would hang out with them outside of appointments because they are just that lovely. I came in recently for a follow-up tattoo laser removal and the nurse matched that same energy. Warm, down to earth, and incredibly professional. Today I had upper lip, chin, and my first-ever Brazilian laser treatment. Obviously a very vulnerable situation, but I felt completely at ease. No awkwardness, no discomfort beyond the treatment itself, just calm, respectful care from start to finish. I never thought I would say this, but I am genuinely looking forward to my next appointment. If you are on the fence or nervous, this is the place. Comfort, kindness, and professionalism all in one.

I have been coming here for the past 6 months for my laser hair removal and have had amazing service by Miriam every time. She is very thorough and careful to get all the areas and making sure I’m always feeling at ease. Love coming here and seeing my progress!
