Hello Beautiful Salon

The stylist gabby did my hair and she spent over 5hours and the end result was copper and gold she said she will not redo my hair for free. I was willing to repay and redo my hair as a little bit more time has passed to get a redo. I booked an appointment. I rearrange my entire week had an event to go to that evening and when I got there after 45 minutes of driving in traffic, the receptionist told me she’s short staffed and that they had notified me about 30 minutes ago that my appointment has been canceled. I did not get the memo. I would’ve not accepted that after confirming my appointment over five times throughout that week via text email and phone that is not professional that is not how I would run my business in that way I would’ve called in any other stylist to accommodate my customer then simply telling her there’s a salon next-door. See if they will take you, I don’t do my hair at random salons. I’ve never gotten treated in this manner. This is unprofessional, unexpectable, and not very humane I will never get my hair done at the salon again I value my money and my time I do not want to get treated as if I’m doing something wrong when I make an appointment get my highlights and haircut hello beautiful is supposed to speak for itself. It’s supposed to make you feel beautiful after you pay your hard-working money every time I go in there it’s over $300 and it has never been the ending result of what was agreed upon so I don’t know how they stay in business and I don’t even know if they have their cosmetology licenses to do hair or anything Beauty at that location simply said. Don’t waste your time or money ( photos speak for them selves)…….

I was recommended to come to this place by friends who come here often. I never go to salons but for my birthday I was looking for a change and was willing to spend good money at a good salon. I have a thick hair that was not dyed with color for two years now. Coming into the salon I had brown with some blond streaks. I came into the salon because I wanted a balayage with blue gray tint (first picture below that i showed to stylist). As someone who has had all types of hair colors- I completely understand that it is very difficult to lift dark hair, but my hair is even darker than I started with… it is also extremely brittle. $500 spent later I am so sad I have to leave this review. I was told by the stylist that my hair appeared darker because of toner but not to worry because when I wash it will turn lighter. I have washed my hair 4 times now and it is still super dark and fragile. The second picture with my face blacked out was the before and then the after picture is third where you can see how broken my hair is. I would have been fine with just blond balayage if I knew the toner would do this.

They provided exceptional customer service throughout my visit, making me feel pampered and valued. Overall, my experience at Hello Beautiful Salon was truly outstanding. Thave been going to this Salon for years now and my hairstylist is Dom. She literally changed my life by giving my hair more life, and making me feel more beautiful and confident. She is kind and actually cares about the health of my hair and always advises me so well with instructions and what products my hair needs to thrive. So grateful to have Gladys at my hair stylist. I get partial sometimes full highlights and she does a great job. Especially with making it look natural, which is huge when it comes to blonde highlights. She always goes the extra mile and I leave feeling like a million bucks couldn't imagine going to anyone else!
