Tangled Hair Salon

This was my first time in Tangled Salon and absolutely loved my results. Emily took my red/dark brown hair color and added highlights and overall lightened my color. She did an amazing job and can’t wait to come back again!!

If I could give this place a negative -1 I would. I came there to color my hair & for a blow out. I came in with long thick hair I left with thin hair the majority of my hair fell out. She put color dye in my hair then sat me under the dryer for 40 minutes who puts someone under a hot dryer with chemicals in their hair. My hair was so badly processed it fell out I will send in a video the parts that fell out is starting to grow back I will attach a video. The ends of my hair are super thin

Jennifer Mae Kaiser is an amazing Hair Stylist. Is very welcoming, professional, and kind. I always leave there happy with my new style and color. Will keep going back!!! She's the best!!!

Beth did a fabulous job! And she was so considerate. I came in with a Groupon, and was a little nervous and had no idea what to expect, I had never been here before, or used a Groupon for a haircut (cut, shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, partial highlights, and style), but Beth soothed my nerves. She called me the day before my appointment to confirm and get an idea of the direction I wanted to go in, and she could tell that I had NO IDEA what I was doing so she added some time for a consultation into the appointment! My hair is wavy but can be encouraged into being curly and I really wanted to lean into that, and it would be the first time for me getting my hair cut curly instead of straight, so Beth was launching into that journey with me. We talked AT LENGTH about my hair and what I wanted, and how we could get it to it's best potential and fit my lifestyle. She was great throughout my entire appointment, we got along wonderfully, and I am majorly indecisive so when I changed it up last second, she went with it, and it turned out great! I have gotten CONSTANT compliments on my hair, can't stop staring at myself, and my husband keeps telling me how this is the best haircut I have ever gotten. I loved how good Beth was, I even sent my husband in to get his hair done by her (full-price, no groupon) THE NEXT DAY!! And he can't stop staring at himself either!! She worked around his cowlicks and this is the first time he has liked a haircut in FOREVER. I've seen a couple reviews on here that had a negative experience with Groupon, but mine was WONDERFUL. She made me feel valued, listened to, and beautiful! There was no difference in the quality of service at all. Full stars, would recommend.

This was my first time at this salon. Jen gave me my cut and style. She was incredibly warm, friendly and professional. I provided a few reference pictures of what I wanted and she totally nailed it! Not only did she do an amazing job on the cut but did a stellar job on styling as well.She took her time and was meticulous. It was obvious she wanted it to come out perfect and she definitely succeeded. I will definitely be returning. Jen will be my go-to for all future appointments! I cannot recommend her enough

My stylist Erika was amazing. She was so nice and did an amazing job. She was so friendly . The color she did was the exact one i wanted.
