I absolutely love getting my hair cut by Ronette. I can always count on my hair laying right. She listens to what I want and knows how to replicate. I enjoy the conversations immensely. We laugh and do the normal talks you have with a stylist. She is quick and accurate. What more could a client need!!! Thanks for my haircuts and a relaxing experience.
I had a good experience today visiting for my first time with Ronette I was her 4:00 pm appointment today. 🤗. The staff were friendly and polite (great customer service). I was able to explain what I wanted and she hooked it up. She cut it and blended it so well. Then she washed my hair felt great! Shaped me up and hooked me up. I will be back. Ronette had a beautiful spirit, great customer service, friendly and she made me feel comfortable 🤗🤗🩷. She has been in the business a long time when I read her bio on line. I knew she would hook it up. Thank you.
The stylist I chose her name is Meg and her nationality is Armenian. I believe my first visit with her was 2 plus years ago. My first visit with her was a very different experience. This visit wasn't good. I booked my appointment online with her because she was considered with me and she knew how to do my hair, American whose ancestors were born in Africa. She put the permanent color in first. Washed my hair 1 time. I asked her if she washed my hair 1 time. She said yes my scalp felt clean. From a permanent color she washed one time. She rewashed again. The blow drying she kept burning my scalp. The trimming I could have done that myself. When I told her she was burning me with the blow drying she said she was trying to get my hair straight. But she kept burning me with the blow drying. Before that she said with flat iron curls it was $230.00. So,I paid $170.00 and flat iron was $60 extra. She also said that if I didn't tip her she wouldn't make money. She makes money from tips. She was abusive in me. She wasn't the caring and gentle person that did my hair 2 years ago ago. I paid her $170 and it wasn't worth it.
I made a New Year’s Eve appointment for my daughter and myself for a wash, trim, and blowout (straight style), plus a formal updo for me. We received an appointment confirmation and a written quote via text from "Lily," including a discount on the highest-priced service. When we arrived at the salon, we were extremely disappointed. The stylists informed us that the cost would be nearly triple what we had been quoted and that they did not have time to do the updo at all. Most concerning, we were told that "Lily" is an AI system and that customers are expected to call the salon to verify quotes and services. At no point during the booking process were we informed that the quote was only an estimate, that we were communicating with AI, or that services required separate confirmation. Another client beside us was experiencing the same issue. Because we had a scheduled event, we had no choice but to proceed. Hair Cuttery needs to be transparent that AI-generated quotes are estimates and clearly instruct customers to confirm pricing and service availability in advance. This experience was stressful, misleading, and unacceptable—especially for a holiday appointment. As a result, I’ve lost trust in the booking process and will think twice before returning or recommending this salon. This is definitely not the Hair Cuttery I once knew.
We have been to rhis locator multiple times for kids cuts and womens short haircuts. It's usually busy, but they move people through and the staff is pleasant. The parking is a little limited in the front but doable. Make an appointment for best chances of getting in quick, they tend to be busy.
Sierra B. is at this location and she is an amazing hair stylist. She cuts gorgeous layers and can color hair like no other! Additionally, if you have long hair and do not want someone chopping it off, she is your person. She will even talk you out of making a mistake if she thinks you'll regret it. She truly has your best interest at heart. She is incredibly kind and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Nakisha was very professional and her work was exceptional. She took all of the necessary precautions with my gray hair to prevent yellowing. I left th establishment with a beautiful protected hair style. I appreciated her special care!
