I had such a great experience with Alexis during my Korean Glass Glow facial. The service was relaxing and smooth, and I really enjoyed our friendly conversation throughout. Very frustrating and upsetting. Got a package for my daughter's birthday. She was SO EXCITED! We got there and our appointment time came and went. We waited almost half an hour in the dark waiting area. Ended up having to leave. Right when we walked out she decided to finally walk in. No sorry, no apology, no acknowledgement, no discount, no nothing. We told her we were leaving. All we got was "Oh its cuz my other client was running late. Do you, like, wanna reschedule or whatever you wanna do". I wanted my daughter to feel relaxed, pampered, and taken care of. Idk if it had anything to do with her other client running out of there looking like she wanted to cry. We left feeling disrespected, dismissed and frustrated. It was awful. My daughter's birthday ruined. Sucks that everyone else got a 5 star treatment.

Honestly I’ve been going to glow drip for ever now and not only is it a professional business, however it’s always a great experience! I love Alexis, her work ethic goes beyond just skin care, she is someone who not only is passionate about her profession, but genuinely cares about you as a person. Alexis takes the time to get to know you so she can also then know exactly what is always best for the client.
