Jessica exceeds the 5 star scale! Her touch throughout my whole facial was amazing and totally relaxing. She was so knowledgeable and welcoming for my first time to Cole’s Salon. You can tell she loves what she does and that includes making real connections. I am excited to go back and book with Jessica.

I highly recommend Lisa as a hair stylist. I trust her ability to do a quality, precise cut. She asks me what I have liked about the previous cut and what was tricky to style and then we figure out a plan. Bonus: I also enjoy her as a person! Makes getting my haircut even more of a treat!

Jessica is amazing at what she does. My skin honestly feels brand new after this facial. I walked out feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made the whole experience incredibly comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their skin. Today I had facial waxing done with Jessica HL and she did a wonderful job! Very thorough in her explanation of what kind of wax to use in this area, what pre and post treatment care is needed, and when to return. She listened to what bothered me, provided feedback and came up with a plan with me for what to expect today and in the future. Would definitely return for additional services!
