I first came to Elan just to drop in for random services like brow wax or to fix a broken nail, but nothing steady to really form an opinion. What had me to start coming as a regular was after my boyfriend got a pedicure from a nail tech named COOKIE. He recommended I come and start getting my nails/feet done by her because she did such a great job on his pedicure and her customer service was A1. My initial interaction with her was in July 2024. I got a full set. From my experience in the past of getting full sets is that you tend to have to get a new set 2-3 times out of the year, but with COOKIE doing my nails, I’ve only had to 1️⃣ set! Yes, you read correctly my initial full set lasted 1 yr and tbh it could have lasted longer if I wanted them too but We both agreed to give my fingers a fresh start, so my second set was put on this year in July. COOKIE exceeds my expectations, she’s more than a nail tech, she’s like family and it’s been such a pleasure getting to know her and having her do my nails. Her work speaks for itself, I won’t allow anyone else to touch my nails. Whether I get designs or just plain colors, I get so many compliments and questions about who my nail tech is. If you’re looking for someone who takes their time, give your nails the best care, who is polite but honest and who is creative then she’s your girl! Just know because she comes highly recommended your best bet is to make an appointment. Now enough of the essay lol let me show you some pics!

I am very unsatisfied with my recent experience at this salon. I went in requesting tortoise shell nails, and after showing the technician a reference photo, she assured me she could do it. As the process went on, it became clear that she was rushing. To simplify things, I changed my request to a burgundy French manicure—something I assumed would be straightforward. Unfortunately, the French did not come out well at all, so I asked her to paint all of my nails one solid burgundy color. When it came to the tortoise shell design (on just one nail per hand), I even showed her a tutorial video to help guide the process. The result was far from what I asked for, and when I tried to offer helpful input (as an artist myself), she dismissed me and insisted "it’s a process." At that point, I stopped giving feedback and let her finish, though the outcome was unsatisfactory. Another major issue was pricing. The posted menu clearly states Gel X starts at $60+. I was charged $90 for one nail design per hand—designs that were poorly executed. Does this mean $15 extra per nail? The pricing structure makes no sense and was never explained. I chose not to argue in the salon, as I already felt dismissed and uncomfortable. However, potential clients should be aware: high prices here do not guarantee quality results, and my experience left me feeling both unheard and overcharged. I love coming to this nail salon. The establishment is very clean and professional. I am always very well taken care of and love my nails when they are done. Cookie & Sophia do an amazing job along with the others who I’ve had the opportunity to sit with. Highly recommend this nail salon.

I absolutely love Élan Beauty! I’ve been coming here for over 3 years, and they always make me feel so welcome. The service is consistently amazing—especially Cookie, who always keeps my nails healthy and beautiful!

I absolutely love coming to Elan! I have been coming here with my mom and introduced it to as many people as I can over the last 6 years. The ambiance is so elevated and the experience is luxurious. All of the ladies are wonderful, but Cookie is the absolute best! She is so talented and always takes such great care of us. My nails are always so healthy and look amazing. She is able to do any design you want as well. Even when living out of town I always planned to come and get my nails done here, will forever be a client of Cookie. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I wanted to gate keep this place but I have to give a personal shout out to my girls, Jamie and Ivy. They do an amazing job every single time and they never rush through my mani/ pedi. There hasn’t been a style that they’re not able to do. They’re also my go to nail techs for the best French pedicure!

I absolutely love my nail girl, Nya ✨ She’s always so gentle and incredibly attentive to every little detail during my pedicures. I also love that I can choose my own water temperature, it makes the experience feel extra relaxing and personal. Everything is perfectly tailored to what I like, which makes each visit such a treat!
