I had an amazing experience with Alondra. The massage was incredible, and she treated me with so much care and respect. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire session. Alondra is extremely professional, kind, and pleasant. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere she created. I highly recommend her services , she’s literally the best on what she does ..!!

I left a review below 2 months ago. If you go and read it and I posted pictures. My boyfriend said my face looked like a scream mask after the Botox and filler royal beauty did. It took me months to pay off. They replied here to call them. It may just be to save face because I’ve tried calling and get a hold of no one. They just keep transferring me different places. Please call or text me, you guys have my number.

The office imposes charges for appointments and does not offer refunds not even for cancellations due to medical reasons. Notably, the deposit's non-refundable nature is not clearly communicated. While they actively pursue bookings, their approach appears to lack empathy. Update 2/19/26 I did receive my refund but it wasn’t immediately. I received it after given the run around and threatening them with negative review. I also wasn’t told about the non refundable deposit at the time of booking like stated in their reply

Do NOT get Botox here! Look at my photos to start. In the white dress that is my normal face. In the yellow is 3 weeks after Botox and filler at royal beauty. My face looks stupid! I spent so much on this, it’s freaking expensive. They tried to talk me into the maximum amount of Botox and fillers by pointing out all the flaws in my face. It was an insanely large amount. Glad I went with the lesser option. My face was so frozen I couldn’t move it for weeks. Like excessive frozen. It freaked me out. And within 6 weeks, it was like all the way worn off. No idea how it went from extremely frozen to worn off so fast. Big big big waste of money. Do NOT go here. I don’t even trust getting Botox anywhere again because this was such a bad experience 🙁 I complained to them, they didn’t care or do anything. They had me come back in the lower my eyebrows but that was it. I thought they should have totally refunded me. It was such a big fat waste and still months later makes me so sad. I am way bummed. If I can help someone else save time and money- then I guess it feels justified. Because they didn’t care for sure.

i loved the staff, so friendly. Receptionist Virginia helped me through the process she answered all my questions. I’m happy with the lip filler i got done. the photographer was very nice and did a excellent work. definitely coming back 10/10

I honestly love this place, I did the weight list program and I’m in love with the results I was at 190 lb after having my baby now I’m 160 lb. After that I got my lips injections done 100 the lady did my lips just how I wanted like bratz doll, then I did xeomi and she did amazing again, they gave me a free facial for my birthday and I love the results to my skin is glowing, I got 5 lymphatic massages and it has help me a lot with the inflammation from my baby, I got filler on my smile lines and wow I can’t believe how beautiful this place have me everyone is so nice and friendly and welcoming I highly recommend the whole staff is amazing
