I had a terrible experience here!! I had my hair done with Liz and she overly bleached my hair that even my scalp started scabbing. I had to literally text her to check my hair because she was outside on the phone and left the bleach on my hair for TWO HOURS! She left my hair neon orange because she followed a formula that was on my chart but because she bleached my hair white the color turned out neon orange. I had to go back to get it fixed, and she just threw dark brown hair dye on my hair which dark brown is my original hair color. I paid her $280 just to have her overly bleach my hair, get it wrong then throw on a dark brown which is my original hair color? It made zero sense.. I had to give my scalp a break since it started scabbing, I went back two months later to get it fixed to how I originally wanted but this time it was with Sylvina, I was clear that I wanted my hair to go back to a lighter color and that it was ok if it was a process we didn’t have to do it all in the first try because I didn’t want to damage my hair more… she just put a lightener on my entire head and the moment she washed it off my hair started MELTING OFF!!! She even told me not to do anything to my hair for a while because she knew they damaged it!!! They also knew that I had lost all my hair to cancer in 2020 so now that it grew long and I wanted to dye it, this is what I go through!! My hair has been falling off since!! I can literally see my scalp now and I had a lot of hair!! I did not get a refund, I didn’t even cancel the payment with my bank as much as I wanted to because I’m just not that type of person!! But their work was lazy and terrible and I hope no one else goes through this!!!! It’s been six months since my appointment with Sylvina and my hair falls off more and more everyday, it is super thin now and I used to have thick hair! I do not recommend this place at all. Here are some pictures this has been my reality ever since I booked that appointment with Sylvina to correct Liz’s mistake. I regret ever going to this Hair Salon!

I just had my hair done by Lili, this is the second time I’m disappointed on my hair . The first time I asked for money piece, then she left patches with two uneven colors on my hair I even send her pictures and asked if she can fix it so I went back and she did . The second time she really messed me up . She pretty much did the same but lighten it up a bit more . After she styled my hair I liked it but when I got home I realized my hair burned very closed to my scalp and chopped in the front from been over processed . It looked like i had bangs , I can’t believe I payed $150 and left with chopped and burned hair . Since is in The front is very noticeable .I text her the next day letting her know how I felt I told her I wished She would of told me what had happened . No wonder the day this happened instead she told me to use hair masks . Now I now why she said that . I was bringing my daughter here too but after this experience neither one of us are going back . Bad experience with Lili good thing Hair grows back . Never going back to this place !

Lily has been my go to since forever! I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! I love purple and she she always gives me the best purple ever!!!! She’s fun to talk to and I always enjoy my trips to the salon with Lily!!! I went from faded hair to purple as seen in the pictures !:)

Angela Flores cut my hair and did a great job! She took a look of my reference photo and gave her input on what would look best and asked me about the length I wanted my hair cut. She did an amazing job and I liked that she made sure to ask me how long I wanted each layer cut.

Long time client. It's like second home. The stylists are artists technicians & always staying updated & educated. Come here because you care about your hair. They'll be straight with you even if you don't want to hear it.

Beth did a great job hooking my hubby up. I think this is the first time he's genuinely not had regrets about getting his hair cut. Can't wait to save up for a hair transformation of my own. Her IG is filled with glorious results.
