Kone African Hair Braiding

Nice people BUT My hair did not come out right at ALL! I’m so disappointed my braids only been in for a week and they are already sliding out and my hair is coming through the braids I have never had this issue with braids before. I’m so disappointed because I just knew I had found a new place and the salon is so DIRTY plus my braid hair is two different colors when I asked for all black 😒 if I could I would give them zero stars and they took me out of a comfortable chair and put me in a chair that hurt my shoulders and back it took me 3 days to heal again this was A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I see why there was no one there all day but me

I have always had a wonderful experience. I always go early upon opening. I have never had to wait any time that I have went there. Everyone is very friendly. Anytime I want braids this is where I will come. The quality of their work is nothing but the best in my opinion.

My wife has been going here for years. They are at least 15-30 minutes late every time She had an appointment. She Had an appointment yesterday. I assumed they would be late. She waited an hour and 15 minutes because She desperately needed her hair done. No one ever showed up and She called twice and no answer and texted and got no response. Luckily, Bai Braids is nearby. They got her in right away and She loves her braids. She will never go to Kone again. Making customers wait is very unprofessional.

Very professional place... I will definitely go back! The work done there is quality work! I had micros done and they are very neat; I received a lot of compliments!!! If u need your hair braided with quality my recommendation is to go there!

Jenny did a great job on my twist !! Sweet, personable woman also. I enjoyed talking to her while she was doing my hair. She did it in one day, and they were small twist

Went and had my hair done. Got few issues: *Place needs a lot of house keeping done. *Not one time did the braided(Kone) or the other lady try to engage in a conversation. They spoke their language WHOLE TIME I was there. *She (Kone) didn’t put a cape on me so hair was EVERY WHERE, here’s the kicker when she was done she DIDN’T even try to help get ALL that hair off me! *She (Kone) didn’t pull the excess hair off the finish work. Didn’t ask if I liked my hair etc....smh! From what I can see, she did a neat job. However because the customer service SUCKS big time I want return or recommend! #GotToDoBetter.

My braids are frizzy and coming up from my scalp after one week. In the back she didn't attempt to catch my kitchen. I am just utterly dissatisfied. The place was nasty and had food and toys everywhere. The lady braiding my hair had a runny nose and was repeatedly wiping it. She did not even try to clean hair off me.
