I have been going to this place for the past 3 months or so and the service is great, staff is welcoming and really profesional. Lorena is the one that takes where of my eyebrows and she makes sure I have a great experience. Highly recommended for either males or females

I’ve been going to this salon for a while now, and after doing my hair three times with Anthony, I can honestly say it has been the best decision for my hair.Anthony did my balayage, and not only did he give me exactly the color I wanted, but he also managed to keep my hair healthy, shiny, and strong , something that is not easy when you color your hair. I’ve seen a huge before and after in the way my hair looks and feels. Now it’s a must for me to come back every 2- 3 months, and I always make sure to book with Anthony because I truly trust him with my hair. He listens, he cares about hair health, and the results speak for themselves.My hair has never looked this good. Highly recommend him if you want beautiful color without damaging your hair

If I could give the nail salon 0 stars I truly would , recently I have done my nails twice and the experience has been horrible I had a bad experience with Helen last time I made an appointment with her for me and my mom and when I go to do my nails with Joselys she rejects my mom because prior to that appointment my mom had asked her to shape her nails in stiletto for because she did not like them round and she got angry. In our latest appointment that my mom had made she said she didn’t want to do my mom and preferred to do me . We did not cancel our appointment because we had a trip to Canada. I ended up doing my nails with her and she did my nails terrible I asked for square and she rounded off the edges. I will not be returning and at the end their assistant asks us how our experience was meaning they’ve had bad experience with clients recently.

First of all, I know the price online is an estimate but from what I saw online to what I actually paid, not to mention how I walked away looking was ridiculous. 1:30 appt, didn't get started till 2:30, fine. I came in with quite a bit of grey root on top and my ends were dark, shoulder length. Show the stylist 5 pictures for reference. I'm guessing he didn't have his glasses that day. I don't mind paying for hair or nails or any other type of service, but make it make sense. Went in expecting a honey blonde balayage with soft layers and curtain bangs, ended up literally locking up the place with only me and my stylist at 8:30 pm with brassy orange and yellow streaks and a hideous nondescript cut. Online quote for balayage $360, haircut $75, had to leave a $100 deposit when I booked. When they came to charge me I got some double speak about the price, which is never good, and the total price came out to almost $700 for a horrible blunt lifeless cut, nothing at all what I showed him in pictures, and the color is brassy yellow orange "highlights" with my own dark ends adding to the party. I basically got a head full of really bad streaks. And yes, I mentioned to him from the start that I really didn't want streaks and I really really didn't want cockroach color, which is exactly what I walked out with. Needless to say, I will never go back there. Beyond disappointed,

When I arrived at the salon, I was told I would only need to wait 20 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an hour and a half and was never attended or given any explanation. I eventually had to leave without receiving the service. I consider this a lack of respect for the customer’s time.

I have been coming here for two years and I really love how they do my eyebrows, Karla does them for me and the truth is that she works very well. However, I had a bad experience with the front desk and it was with the guy at the entrance, I felt that he treated me with a rude attitude and not only that but I had an appointment scheduled, I arrived on time, I notified the staff that I have an appointment. They make me sign and tell me to sit down so after 45 minutes I was in a hurry and I asked the guy how much Karla had left, he didn't even answer me, he just called Karla and just after 45 minutes he notified her that I was there. It's not about blaming anyone but this type of inconvenience delays the girls who are doing their job and their client, then when I was paying the owner was there and I saw how he treated the other people very cordially, I think that the treatment has to be the same because he is the first person you see when you enter the salon and as a client you want to feel welcome, I have worked in customer service for many years and I know that sometimes it can be annoying but nevertheless when the The client is sitting there with a good disposition and on time these things should not happen, otherwise the service and the girls are all very polite and the service is very good.
