David is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I’ve searched high and low for years for a stylist who not only actually listens, but can so effortlessly achieve exactly what I wanted! I love my hair color and I will be back, with all of my friends 💙🙌💙

David has taken such good care of me and my hair. My hair needed a lot of love to get back to being healthy and he put on the time and effort to get me there. Would 100% recommend David and Salon Moda

Buyer Beware. I’m so disappointed to be writing this but the salon has offered truly no other option. I’ve been seeing the same specialist for my curls for about a year. I was happy with the cut, but never the way the stylist would style which I thought would be a non issue as I was the one doing the styling 99% of the time. In May I decided to lighten my hair with an end goal of almost salt and pepper. I have quite a bit of red in my hair and knew this likely couldn’t be accomplished in a single session. $300+ later I was happy with the dimension and was on my way. 4 months later as I’m ready to cool things down for the fall I spent quite of bit of time and effort providing details and physical references. Each one showing a cooler dark brown, and lots of bright blonde pieces. After 2+ in the chair I left with wet hair - but happy with the tone we were able to achieve around my face. Later I discovered that was the only dimension left in my hair. Nearly every bit of highlight we’d worked on earlier this year was washed out with the color applied. What’s not just looks like a bad dye job….. incomplete and inconsistent. I called and the stylist was willing to accommodate a corrective appointment. When the day arrived - an emergency arose that took priority. I was told there was a single appointment available the following week - if not I would not be accommodated until the following month. I told them I’d look into and follow up. Less than a half hour later they called and told me they had booked the appointment for someone else. Beyond frustrated and defeated. They’ve offered no refund, no time with another artist. Cash grab. The "specialist" never discussed her rates with me and barely listened to the atypical style I wanted. If you want something trendy this is your spot. If you’d prefer something intentional and creative - save your money and sanity. This place isn’t it.

Feel so disappointed after my style. I'm standing in my brother's wedding today and my hair is flat and looks unstyled. I'm going to try and redo it but still so disappointed this was over $100. Photos are from within the hour of leaving the salon and without touching it yet to try and fix it.

Anita hooked it up! I do this thing where I think I can color my hair at home, and end up destroying my natural color. I went to a salon near me to get my botched Baylage fixed but was underwhelmed by the results. The other salon was very kind and did a good job blending, but my hair was still brassy and orange. Thankfully, I found Anita who considered all my concerns and knew just what to do to get my hair looking more natural and vibrant. She is very kind and made sure I was happy with the results. I will let the photos speak for themselves! Anita, you have a customer for life!

I found David at Salon Moda Capelli by chance and am so very grateful for the experience! He took time to find out what I wanted, found pictures we agreed on, and showed me styling tips before I left. He gave me the best hair makeover I have ever had -- and he was delightful in the process. The cut is perfect for my face and lifestyle and he improved the color job I already had. If you're looking for a new stylist, I cannot recommend him enough.

David is INCREDIBLE. Not only is he so funny and kind, he is a GOD with hair!! He was able to replicate my reference photos perfectly for my cut!! He is such a great stylist, and I cannot recommend him enough! I will never see another stylist again. ♡ My new favorite. The salon itself is also SO nice. I have tried out many salons over the years, and I have never felt more welcomed and as much fun as I did with David here!! 10/10
