Esme Nail Spa

Picked a nail color they did not end up having which is fine I could have gone a different route but they showed me a color they said would work with the chrome I wanted. The nails that I left with were nothing like the color that I showed/wanted and I paid for chrome and you can’t even tell that there is chrome on my nails literally just looks like a glossy brown. The nails on one hand are shorter than on the other hand and the dip was filed down on the sides of my nails so much that you can see the natural nail and there’s no color there at all. It’s like she knew that she had messed up because after she finished putting on the chrome that didn’t even show up, she asked me "this is ok right" and I was at this point fighting back tears because I didn’t have time to sit for them to fix it nor did I want to cry in a room full of people getting their nails done so I just accepted and left. I’m fully aware that the fact that I Didn’t speak up about not liking the nails is completely on me, but there are tons of girls out there that are the same with not liking confrontation especially on a public place so that is why I’m posting this review so you are aware of this going in.

I was looking last minute for a nail salon close by. I decided to give Esme a try. Mai did my nails, I did dip and almond shape. I loved every minute of my visit. The building seemed clean, owner and management seem very involved and Mai is so incredibly sweet. She also did an amazing job. I’m so happy with my nails.

Just got my nails done yesterday, and I have had shoes on all day today. First started the experience irritated I told them I needed manicure and pedicure when I walked in, they got be back after 30-40 minutes started on my pedicure and I asked if someone was going to do my manicure separate the lady acted as she had no idea I was due for a manicure too. She rushed my toes as you can tell in the pictures, and then she rushed my manicure too. Also was not offered a drink until like 30 minutes after they started my pedicure which truly was not a huge deal to me but a tad upsetting considering I watched them offer every other guest a drink the second they sat down. Don’t know if it was just an off day or what but service was crap and I felt as they were super unorganized.

LOVED this salon! It’s modern, sleek and truly beautiful design! Most importantly I appreciated the cleanliness! The pedicure chairs have disposable jets🤯 absolutely fantastic! I had the Halo pedicure which was super relaxing and chose almond shaped tips and dip nail polish for my nails. Susan, did a beautiful job all around. Everyone was attentive and friendly. I had been driving to Fort Worth to get my nails done, not anymore!

Had a great experience getting my nails done at Esme. I loved how beautiful, modern, and clean the salon was. The staff was very kind and attentive to all my needs. Hoping to come back soon for the pedicure in the gorgeous pedicure seats!

OMG! This place is awesome! Becky was so sweet and so talented. This place has an amazing aura and make sure you try their drink selection too. Great day for pampering.

I started going to Esme a few weeks after they opened. I have now been several times for manicures and pedicures. Yesterday I finally got to try out the head spa. It was AMAZING! Everything about this salon is top notch! Very professional and every tech I have had has been wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend Esme!
