Jazmin Spa

We have been coming to Jazmin Spa for many years now. The people here are friendly and the service is excellent. It is a comfortable space, with a nice variety of options for mani’s/pedi’s and waxing! You will leave feeling more beautiful!!!!!

I love this nail salon so much. I have been going here for about six months now and I am never disappointed. The salon is clean, welcoming and everyone is very friendly and skilled. I get my nails done by V and my toes done by Rose. They are both amazing. Since I get my nails done more often (every three weeks), I have had the pleasure to get to know V well. She is so precise, always makes sure I am happy with my nails and super sweet. I highly recommend this salon and I am thrilled I found my go to nail salon.

First time visit to get a gel mani and pedi. The pedicure was great! But the manicure…. I’m currently bleeding from 6 of my fingers and in a lot of pain. I pointed out to the manicurist that she was making all of my cuticles bleed and she said she was just trying to "clean up my nails." I finally had to ask her to stop with the cuticle nippers when she took a chunk out of my finger tip. She was very distracted talking to the other employees the whole time barely looking at what she was doing and when she was slapping lotion all over my arms at the end I finally just had to say thank you can we be done now? Update: my cuticle is now infected and so so painful!

I visited Jazmine Nail Spa on June 11th. This has always been one of my favorite nail salons even after I moved out of the area, I would still drive 45 minutes just to get a pedicure there. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. A new nail technician was assigned to me for my pedicure. I had a broken toenail on my right foot, and when she asked if I wanted a cut down, I said yes. Typically, they ask how short or if the current length is okay, but this time that didn’t happen. While I was nodding off during the service, I suddenly felt tugging on my toe. I opened my eyes to find that the technician had cut my toenail way above the skin. I immediately asked why she did that, and she said she wanted it to match the other toenail. I explained that I was planning to add acrylic to that nail, but she responded by saying it looked "cute" to her. At that point, I asked for a different technician. She then told me she didn’t know how to do acrylic. To make matters worse, no one asked what type of pedicure I wanted, I wasn’t offered the lap pad for my laptop, and my cuticles were never trimmed. Kathleen, the owner, overheard the conversation and was clearly aware of the situation, yet she never came over to speak with me or offer an apology. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. As sad and hurt as I am, I’ve decided to return.

Went for gel x nails. Nail tech applied way too much liquid under the nail, causing it to spill out, leaving clumps of dry glue building up under nail. I had to ask multiple times for it to be cleaned up. Pedicure was nicely done.

I had an appointment at 6. When I showed up they led me to a chair and had my feet soaked. The lady who did my nails, stopped to answer the phone, collect money for other customers and just a chaotic experience. She was super rough on my nails because she was rushing and leaving and coming back. Then she asked me if I can wait another 5 minutes for my pedicure because another lady was waiting. I said I can wait 5 minutes. It turned out to be 45 minutes and my feet were did not look or felt good in the water and took it off. Finally someone showed up and asked me to put my feet back in. My feet was soaked for so long that when he scrubbed it, he bruised my toe and I had to ask him to be gentle. He also was caking the polish which was a disaster and I had to ask him to redo one of my nails which got messed up when he tried to put my shoes on. AT the end I just wanted to be finished and leave. I paid and came home. my gel nail turned in 2 different color which I noticed when I walked out. There are bubbles on my nails and that is after I kept watching her trying to fix it, but was obviously not succeeding. I went back there a few days later to tell them that I have been there 3 times and not once I had a good experience. I don't want to complain and get my money back, but I like for them to fix their services. They said they will have someone call me back which was 3 days ago.

I’m visiting Atlanta for a wedding and was able to get a same day appointment. I’m so happy Mai was my stylist, she is so talented and so kind! I got pink cat eye acrylics and cannot be happier with how they turned out. Thank you, Mai!!
