Ana has always taken great care of my hair for as long as I can have been coming here! She is kind and considerate, professional and knowledgeable. Her warm style allows you to ask questions about what you want to do and guides you to what is realistically obtainable for both your hair's health and best look. I would trust my hair to no one else b/c of her integrity.

The thing I love most about A&Beauty salon besides Ana’s excellent cutting & dyeing skills, it is the professionalism of her operation which makes it extremely easy to make & change an appointment online while seeing a clear & fair pricing for all their services without having to ask ahead or be surprised at the end like many of the other high end salons. The space itself is also spacious & well designed for an exceptional experience.

Haircut and blow dry were done well upon my initial visit. That is the reason I returned. However, since the communication is on the poor side, for example, prior to getting there I tried calling the salon multiple times and no one picked up. I was going to cancel online but since my initial appointment went well I kept it. This resulted in texting my preferences such as balayage with no foils so once I got there, there was a woman confronting the stylist, who had cut my hair for my initial appointment, to use foils and basically telling him what to do. I felt bad for him since he was so nice and wondered why this couldn’t be discussed prior to my appointment or addressed in a low keyway with the stylist especially when I already communicated "no foils" via text. When you go to a hair appointment you assume the stylist knows what they are doing and your consultation should remain with that stylist otherwise if another person interferes you start to assume your stylist is in training or may end up getting anxious and making a mistake. I’ve had balayage done at other salons using hand painted strokes, cotton and or even saran/plastic wrap which is not as harsh on your hair which resulted in a natural hand painted highlight with a nice lift with very little damage. My stylist at this salon hand painted the strokes which I appreciated although the woman naggingly insisted on foils. The outcome was decent/manageable but not in the same class as other salons I’ve been to since he did not use cotton or saran/plastic wrap and your highlights should not look copper. Regardless I was respectful polite and left a nice tip. The price for the service was fair however since the overall experience was lacking and I now have to find someone to fix the mistake it was not worth it. I will not be returning, and I suggest anyone who decides to go to this salon go for a consult first and feel it out. I also do not see any other stylists there other than the obnoxious women and the stylist that did my hair, so I think the previous owners/workers are no longer there - new management perhaps. There was a cute dog there but not sure if it’s appropriate for it to be in a salon and jumping on your lap for those that may have allergies. I prefer to leave one star for the overall experience but since my stylist was attentive and caring I will leave two stars.

I already had hair extensions in when I came to Ana about 2 months ago and I’ve had extensions for over a year, but I can say that in the last 2 months of switching to her I've learned so much more about how to take better care of my hair and extensions, and about all the different options I have while she still puts my hair's health first . Not only is her work so amazing and really the most comfortable extension I’ve ever had, but also walking into her salon she’s one of the most warm and welcoming people I’ve met and so easy to talk to which helps a lot when it comes to being able to ask for what you want and feel comfortable.

Great experience! Gave me the hair of my dreams when I didn’t think it would be possible. Definitely recommend especially for extensions. Update, 2nd appointment: when it was time to change my k-tips I went for a tape-in weft as was recommended to me by the stylist. Well, the top one, which was not sandwiched, came out after showering and the bottom one was falling off. I appreciate that time was made to correct it so, I went. To make a long story short, they came out once again after I washed my hair. She did offer to call the company, redo them or, make them into k-tips but, after 2 times I am not confident in doing any of these. Also, when I looked at the extensions they were different lengths and some hairs were split. I’m sorry it didn’t work out. Now I need to start over and go to a different hairdresser.

She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered expert advice, and executed my cut/color/style flawlessly. Her attention to detail shine through, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Beyond the incredible service, the entire team at A&B Beauty is friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to making every client feel their best. I’m a client for more than 10 years.
