This account is not based on my own experience, but rather that of a very close friend who was so kind that she chose not to write a review herself. I explained to her that reviews do not harm anyone; instead, they provide a trustworthy account of either a positive or negative experience, assisting others in deciding whether to utilize this business's services. I asked if she would allow me to write in on her behalf, and she said, "please do". My friend visited this salon approximately two weeks ago and specifically requested partial highlights and root coverage. They assured her they could accommodate her request, and she was charged $200.00. Upon leaving, she couldn't help but notice that her highlights were hardly visible. When she arrived home, even her husband remarked, "I thought you were getting your hair lighter. " At a closer inspection in better lighting, she was shocked to find that even her roots were not covered, all the gray hair was still there! She contacted the salon and spoke with the manager/owner, who instructed her to return, believing she would receive the service she had paid for. However, when she arrived the manager informed her that she could not perform the color and highlights (the service she had requested and already paid for, plus a generous $25.00 tip!); that she could only cover the roots and would need to return for the highlights, at which point she would be informed of the cost for those. My friend inquired, "Do I have to pay for it again?" The owner replied that she had already received the service the first time (which was poorly executed) and that she would not be charged for that day's services! She was only getting root coverage for $200.00!!!!!! I saw pictures, and the results were dreadful; what she was doing that day was attempting to rectify a botched job. This manager is very much aware of what they did--or more accurately, what they failed to do. A reputable business stands by their services they promote and rectify their errors, rather than attempting to sidestep responsibility and retain payment for services not provided.

I’ve been going to Ali for years and couldn’t imagine trusting my hair with anyone else. She is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and intentional with everything she does. She always takes the time to explain the process, prioritizes healthy hair, and makes you feel completely confident in her chair. Highly recommend Ali to anyone looking for someone they can genuinely trust with their hair.

I had an amazing experience! Daisy always knocks it out of the park. The haircut and style were absolutely perfect—clean, modern, and exactly what I wanted. The hair color turned out stunning—vibrant, natural, and expertly done. I’ve never felt more confident walking out of a salon. This transformation not only refreshed my look but truly boosted my self-esteem. I can’t thank Daisy enough for the care, attention to detail, and talent. Highly recommended!

I am literally so disappointed with this salon. I was recommended this place by a friend and put my trust in them to do my hair. My natural hair is already a level 7/8 dirty blonde and lifts white/ to a level 10. This salon did not leave the bleach on long enough in some areas AND toned me DOWN to attempt to HIDE the bleach bleeding in my hair. In the last picture, that is what I walked out with and PAID $285 for. I turned around and asked for it to be fixed the same day. Instead of detoxing the original toner out, they BLEACHED my hair over the toner from 30 minutes ago and proceeded to tone with the same 9N that created this brassy color. They are now REFUSING to give me a refund. If you are a blonde, DO NOT go here.

Ali is a wonderful person & highly skilled & talented hairstylist. I could not be happier w/the freedom to ask questions and communicate ideas back & forth to find my best style. The other hairstylist are super sweet and always helpful. The pricing is versatile and very fair. Normally I resist 5 ⭐️ ratings but this salon absolutely deserves it.

Cleanest and best salon experience you could ask for! The stylists go above and beyond to accommodate their guests and to keep up with sanitation protocols. The only salon with private luxury rooms perfect for social distancing, modern and elevated techniques to keep upgrade you every visit! Visit these beautiful people, YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!

I had all three of my girls get their hair cuts and the stylists were amazing! They are 6,4, and 3 so very young and wiggly. They were patient with my girls and so nice. We will continue coming here in the future!!
