Phüla is the only place I’ll go for my hair needs in Miami. I just tried the ‘hair Botox’ treatment with Angelica and it was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and thorough with the treatment and made spending a few hours at the salon such a treat! My hair is much lower maintenance because of it. I will continue to get these treatments (2x/year) with Angelica!!

The salon is spotless with a calm, professional atmosphere, warm and welcoming. You can tell they’re true animal lovers and genuinely caring people, and it creates a lovely sense of community every time you walk in. I trust her completely with everything from my eyebrows to my haircuts, and even trust her with my wedding look. If you’re looking for someone who not only delivers beautiful results but also makes you feel cared for as a person, I can’t recommend phula and Milanka enough. Update: A couple of weeks back, Milanka suggested several I-N Intelligent Nutrients products for my skin and scalp. I’ve been trying them out, and the results have been great so far. The scalp treatment and face oil are especially soothing for D.C. fall weather.

The most amazing experience and result! For the past five years, I allowed my color to fade and embraced my salt and pepper hair. But after missing color and honestly being a bit hesitant, I could not be more in love and happy with the end result! I absolutely adore Milanka and Jose, I feel so taken care of the moment I walk through the door. Milanka also is SO SKILLED and receptive to whatever your vision is. I've gotten my haircut twice there now, and the first time was an emergency bang trim fix and she blended those bangs into beautiful layers (made sure I didn't walk out looking like Lloyd Christmas) and the second time she gave me a gorgeous long wolf cut preserving my length as requested. I appreciate her attention to detail and communication throughout.

Referred by a work colleague. Even with short notice they fit me in 2 days before I was leaving town for Thanksgiving. When my son saw my haircut, he commented that for all the years that I’ve gone occasionally with a short cut, this was the best cut he had ever seen. He has a really good friend who does runway hair so my son knows more than most guys about hairstyles and the actual cut.
