Angela was absolutely amazing! Her tips were extremely helpful, and she took the time to help me find the right concealer and the perfect foundation for my skin. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and such a sweet person overall. If anyone needs makeup help at Ulta, Angela is definitely the person to go to. Highly recommend!

I went into ulta looking for new skincare and base and was Welcomed by Amy who sent me to Valerie and Mariah who helped me with all my concerns. However, after a while of shopping around I heard Amy and a male employee telling all the girls that they need to sell more but they were very rude to the girls. I only overheard a little but it seemed like they were getting in trouble for talking to each other about a skin care item, I'm not sure but it seemed like they were used to it, poor girls. Any ways lovely ladies but needs better management.

Horrible management at this location, needs to update the team. This place has issues with bullies. Came in to purchase some skin care. As I was shopping I overheard 2 managers talking badly about another employee. I kinda stayed around to see what they would say. And it was just mean and honestly sad to hear. I was so shocked I just left the store. Can't believe we still have people who do that. How embarrassing for them. Just saw another review talking about the same issue...

Deborah and Emilee were absolutely amazing. They were so patient while helping me find the perfect shade, and they guided me through choosing every detail of my makeup to fit my skin type and complement my tone perfectly.

Got my hair colored and cut by Hanna at the store on N Fwy in Conroe. The color is can live with but OMG do not ever let her cut your hair. I wanted a trim, she literally hacked it straight across, I could have done that at home, it is worst cut, no shape, no break all way around straight blunt. I loved my long hair now thanks to this awful cut I have to get a short cut. Not to mention I am very hard headed and she was so rough brought tears several times. Was going post pictures of this hack job but it won't let me.

I got blonde highlights and a haircut today with Hanna, and she did an amazing job! I highly recommend her
