Good service but the girl who did my hair left it all choppy and had to go somewhere else to get it somewhat fixed. She probably needs more experience on cutting thick hair like mine. But they are very friendly.

I found Estefani by chance. I was looking for a stylist who would help me go gray gracefully at 65. Estefani takes her time to ask questions listens carefully then explains her plan of action before getting started. She takes her time while working on your hair. I’ve seen her twice. I highly would recommend Estefani to my friends. The location is near I45, clean, friendly and well lite.

Nylette was amazing! She was so kind and always asked what my thoughts were as she was cutting my hair. She was gentle, friendly, and conversational. Will be back! I love my hair - long layers, and face framing.

I visited luminous hair salon today and had a great experience. My hair dresser, Nylette did an amazing job! I was apprehensive in getting a whole new look, a little nervous, but Nylette made me feel very comfortable. She took the time to hear what my ideas were and was able to give her professional input as well making me feel at ease. In the end she nailed it! She did an amazing job with the balayage and haircut that I received. The color was on point, and the layers thru out my hair gave me the volume I needed. I love coming in here. I see Kaila and she is great at what she does. I have very long hair and used to feel very nervous about salon visits but with Kaila I do not feel that way. She always listens to what I ask her to do as well and makes it work for me. The haircuts are always great and I leave feeling way better than I do when I arrive. She is competent and capable with long hair and does not cut it all off! She does a fantastic job coloring and highlighting/lowlighting my hair. She nails the placement, color and thickness every single time. I highly recommend Kaila!! Thank you!
