I’m a regular client at this salon, I’ve been going to Keia for over a year now, and she is absolutely amazing! She consistently takes such great care of my hair — from the wash and deep conditioning to getting my thick, curly, long hair perfectly straight and silky every time. She also dyed my hair, and the color came out beautifully. Not only is she talented, but she’s professional, gentle, and truly understands how to work with all textures. My hair always feels healthy, looks flawless, and lasts between appointments. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about your hair, Keia is the one. She is also fantastic at makeup. I highly recommend her!

My girl Keia Is simply outstanding in beyond talented. I am the pickiest person about my hair and she is so knowledgeable. I get silk presses and color and every single time. It’s absolutely fall at flawless very affordable and fast. I also have mixed hair texture so she can do all hair types very well. Call her because she looks fast And tell your friends!

Everyone is super friendly at this Ulta and have never had an issue. This last time I went an associate asked for my rewards number, turns out it was the wrong number so I asked if I could just continue to check out without my number and no thank you to a signup. She then proceeded to keep signing me up even though I asked repeatedly to not sign me up. Every time I would say no she’d proceeded to nod her head then ask for my address or email? Then when I said no entirely she overall just became rude even though I didn’t do anything but say I didn’t wanna input my rewards or signup. It’s a little stupid that an employees directly affected with someone not imputing in rewards. It makes them pushy and overall rude, it’s really not that serious if I want to checkout with no rewards. To force a sign up on me when I kept saying no is insane. I didn’t feel like giving out my personal info and that should not matter. I saw her messing around with the pin pad afterwards and I really hope no rewards were made up without my permission coz that’s a serious invasion of privacy. Guess I’ll see next time I go in haha coz that’s ridiculous. Overall everyone else is super friendly other than the girl who wouldn’t take no for an answer.

I get my hair trimmed and treated her every 4 months by Keia and my hair has never been healthier. Keia is an amazing stylist. She always explains what she is doing, whats being put in your hair and gives amazing after care tips. She works with all types of hair which is amazing and rare to come across. I’m so happy to have access to such a talented stylist.

The corporate upselling customer service techniques pushed on the employees and customers is gross. The ONLY products recommended to me and pushed were the higher end brands. Only when I asked for something very specific in the mainstream brands it was pointed out to me but no help on shade selection etc like the other side of the store receives. I even had a new product in hand that I was excited about from NYX. An employee tried to come up sell me to Benefit. Which, I already own and unhappy with but disregarded. This sort of thing kept happening. I was also recommended incorrect products for my skin type just because it was a product the employee was either told to push or something they liked for their opposite skin type. They also wanted to check if I was shoplifting, so they asked to hold the product for me so they could upsell and verify that the box was not empty. I understand there is probably a huge shrink issue with makeup but maybe stop alienating customers in the process. Sephora nearby was such a better experience without the tense corporate vibes and elitist attitudes. It was just a poor shopping experience and if I wasn't visiting from out of town I would've skipped buying my items and gone to another one. Also, yes, I'll be that old lady who says why is it impossible for people to smile? Sephora smiles 😃

I had a makeup lesson with Brooke, and I am not able to heap enough significant praise for my experience. She listened to my needs and wants and gave me such excellent advice and help. She is a star, and makes you feel like one too.

Positive Review for Hair Salon - Vivian W. Stylist I had a really great experience at the hair salon. Vivian was my stylist, and she did a wonderful job with my hair (curtain bangs, long layers for my long hair, and blowout). Although, I was nervous at first to get my hair trimmed at Ulta, Vivian exerted a lot of confidence by the way she evaluated my hair and made suggestions to add texture while maintaining my hair length. Initially, I only went in to get a basic trim, but then her confidence and competence made me go for the layers and to add on a blowout to my service. Vivian also made sure to constantly check in with me to ensure I wanted the right length in layers. I also really appreciated her care for the customer and the hair care tips shared. I would recommend considering Vivian as your stylist. I left the salon feeling very happy and confident with my new hair look. Definitely went above my expectations! Thank you, Vivian!
