There terrible job was compounded by the fact I am a natural blonde they knew that- such a messy job they not only didn’t do the job requested of them they did such a messy job my whole head turned the color they shouldn’t have used in the first place. The colorists here are useless and clearly haven’t done their traning with Avexa

My review is not based on myself, but on my wife. She's been going to Elle for the post 6 years (might be longer), and she's never left disappointed! The staff is amazing! Greeting you the minute you walk in, checking you in right away and offering you a beverage while you wait for your stylist. Speaking of stylist, Erin is AMAZING! She's been my wife's stylist since she's been going their, and she is a master of her craft! Knocking it out of the park every time! Sweet, kind, funny, bright, and very knowledgeable of her craft. Hand down, Erin and Elle are highly recommended! You will NOT be disappointed!

If I could give this place and my stylist more than 5 stars I WOULD! It can be really hard to find someone I trust to cut my hair… someone who understands my hair texture and how to cut it to best frame my face while giving natural volume. But Stacy is my go to gal! She really understands my hair texture and is extremely attentive to my vision each time I come in for a haircut. I am SO glad I found this place and more than willingly drive from 2 hours away to get my hair cut here. I just recommended this shop to a friend and realized I should actually recommend it to the larger community!

I moved to Fresno from out of state and always stress about finding a good hair stylist. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Alyssa, one of the receptionists at this salon who told me she had the perfect girl that would do a great job on my blonde hair..... and boy was she right! Lindsey has done an amazing job with my hair for almost a year now. I always leave looking fabulous and enjoy my time in the chair due to her awesome personality. The salon is always clean and they are super friendly! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new stylist to let Lindsey have a shot! You won't regret it!

I have been going to barbers my whole life and sometimes would be lucky and get a descent haircut for $40. With a wedding in a couple months I decided to head to Elle’s on the recommendation of my fiancé. I made an appointment with the hopes that I can get a real consultation for my face shape and hair type and style ideas to really take my hair to the next level. Insteps Dylan. A young wizard that some can only describe as a magical being that is beyond his years. This young man gave me the best haircut I have ever had! He took his time and sculpted my hair whilst talking about the best styling and product recommendations. I walked away with a AAA+++ haircut and some great tips! Ask for Dylan. He knows magic.

This salon was once an amazing salon. I asked for chunky highlights on fine hair. My hair was so over processed it broke off. From shoulder length to chin length to cut off most of what was damaged.

I had the best experience at Elle! Last time I’d gotten my hair cut was more than a year ago after having a baby and losing a good amount of hair. The salon was super snobby and the stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted and I had to go home and cut my own hair to fix it. I was looking around online to find a new place and Elle has great reviews. I am transitioning to curly hair after years of fighting my natural curls and the helpful and lovely front staff at Elle recommended Mo as a curl guru. I loved the salon from the moment I walked in, it’s a beautiful and comfortable space. I was warmly greeted and offered some hot tea and Moses was right on time for my appointment. He took his time listening to what I wanted and was really thoughtful in recommending good products for curls and giving me tons of advice on how to care for them. I love my cut, it is exactly what I imagined and everyone is commenting on how great it looks! I will definitely be back (and so will four of my friends who I have sold on this being the best salons ever LOL)! Thanks Elle, for being the great salon that we’re all looking for but can never seem to find.
