I found Benevolyn Kai via instagram and did some research on her service and even found an article posted by the city of Cincinnati on her skills and vision for her business. Upon setting up my appointment, I was very detailed with the type of experience I’ve had with my previous esthetician and what I was looking for moving forward. Long story short, I’m very satisfied with the service Benevolyn provided. I loved how she was curious about my skin, what products I’m using, what results I’m looking for, etc. she talked me through the entire session explaining each step and why it’s good for my skin. I look forward to working with her more in the future for maintenance and eventually advanced treatment. 😊

Benevolyn is a professional and welcoming. This was my first time receiving services and the minute I walked in she was a friendly face and welcomed me right on in. She explained in details all of her steps for my facial and she did everything she said she was going to do. She is so knowledgeable and provided me great tips to achieve the skin I'm looking for.
