Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Well my guy at the Fantastic Sams I used to go to quit. So I called the one on Central and Philadelphia. Wednesday Patty and Sylvia both worked on my hair since it was an all day event. Due to the fact that I have long hair. I had curly hair but some sections were straight, some were a coil type curl, and others where a loser curl. So I wanted a more uniform look. It turned out awesome. Like Patty says it is an art form. But everyone that works there does an awesome job. Sylvia has regular customers that love her and so does Juan. So no matter what kind of style you get, you cannot go wrong coming to this Fantastic Sams. Patty is not only a stylist that she is also the manager.

My family and I have been coming here for the last 7 years and Patty does an amazing job!! She truly is a wizard with scissors and trimmer. My wife and kids loved her and refused to go anywhere else. She is down to earth and very skilled. She does have to deal with all walks of life and some folks that walks in her door can be unreasonable, and difficult to deal with; hence the bad reviews. But it’s okay if u believe them. It’s getting difficult to get appt so better for me if less ppl go to her 🤣

I love this place very much!!! Miss patty is super nice, polite, and told us a lot of important info. I’ve been to many hair salons and I’d say hers is the best. she perfectly match my inspo.

I was accepted as a walk-in the other day, no problem at first. Then, another client came in and the stylist was unsure of her appointment time, 3:00 or 3:30, so she had her wait. The stylist is cutting my hair and another client walks in and she tells her she's booked, doesn't have time- that client leaves. Stylist is still cutting my hair and it's starting to seem to me that she's starting to rush a bit. The haircut is a lot shorter than we discussed in the beginning before any other clients came in, almost like she forgot what we talked about at first. Then, second client comes back and my haircut is done but the stylist told me she can't finish the style/blowdry because she has two waiting. The end blowdry and style is to double check that the haircut lays right, is consistent and even. When i got home and did it myself- the front was uneven. I just feel like I got shorted the service and a haircut I didn't ask for.

Best hair experience ever! This salon was warm and welcoming. I came into get my hair dyed and cut and got exactly what I wanted. The service and staff was nice and friendly. This was an absolute pleasure to get my hair done at! Patty is amazing! 🌸

Patty is the best in town! She's incredibly fun, professional, and honest. She saved me from a terrible look I got last week and turned it into something beautiful. Her advice is spot-on, and you leave not only with a gorgeous look but also in great spirits. Don't doubt on coming—highly recommend!

Tammy is the best! I been coming to this place for years now and my family are always extremely satisfied. I moved to Rancho and I don’t mind the drive because it’s worth the service I always get from Tammy😀
