I have booked with Syerra twice already and let me just say, I leave very happy after every service. I have extreme trust issues with people touching my eyebrows and I'm not a professional when it comes to them lmao so if someone is going to mess them up, it'll be me. Well I found Syerra and booked with her for an eyebrow wax and my first ever lash lift. That first visit is what will keep me as a loyal customer to her. She's professional yet also upfront and funny. She makes you feel welcomed and when you talk to her, it's like talking to a long time friend. She's made my experience so much fun, comfortable, and enjoyable. And I trust her completely with my eyebrows lol!!!!

Getting a service from Syerra is so special because she personalizes each appointment and always has the clients best interest at heart. She is very thorough before you have an appointment with her to make sure your skin is ready for the service. She always asks if you liked the results last time and what you want to change if anything. She has a lot of experience in the brow and lash world so she gets you right every time. Syerra is the chillest, most welcoming gal in the business. Her space is calming and cozy; she makes you feel immediately comfortable and it feels like you’re chatting with an old friend, while she simultaneously perfects your brows! I have never liked my brows in my entire life, and after my first appointment with her I feel like a whole new person! She was so in depth with mapping my brows and figuring out what I really wanted to get out of this journey of training and manipulating them. I can’t wait to go back for my third appointment & add a lash lift too!

I’ve been going to Syerra for years for both brows and lashes, and she always does an amazing job. Her space is so cozy, and she has such a comfortable, calming presence that I actually fell asleep during one of my first visits (which never happens for me anywhere else.) She always checks in before starting to see if there’s anything I want to change or do differently, which I really appreciate. I will never go to anyone but her to do my brows. She has transformed them over the years so that they are twins rather than sisters. Highly recommend booking with her!!
