It's been almost a month since I had my Keratin treatment from Ronnie, and the results are still amazing! Ronnie is truly dedicated to his work. His expertise and sincerity clearly show up in his work. Throughout the treatment, he kept me engaged and informed about each step, and his friendly, cheerful attitude made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Vous Salon and would happily give it a with 5-star rating. The staff are courteous and the salon itself has a clean, relaxing ambience.

This salon rocks. Everyone is so sweet and Kaila who colored my hair did such a phenomenal job. She really listened to what I wanted and talked me through what was realistic based on my low maintenance preference. She was so kind and very patient with me when I was nervous to color my hair again after a DISASTROUS experience with another stylist. Even though I was indecisive about exactly what I wanted, she literally nailed the color. Kaila's the best I can't recommend her enough!

I came into the city for a family wedding and needed a makeup application. Ronnie did an amazing job. He was attentive during the consultation, listening to the envisioned look. I felt beautiful with the final result. The makeup lasted all day and he even gave me the lipstick to reapply throughout the day and evening. The rest of the salon staff was friendly and courteous, as well. Thank you, Ronnie, for a job well done 🙂

You see this side bang? This is a silk press— not a polyester press. Imani might be a "junior" stylist but she has senior skills and knowledge. I have fine, curly hair and she’s the first person to not weigh it down and I went home with useful advice. I’ll totally return here for this and other services like nails and facials. I can’t believe I found this hidden gem here in Gold Coast! No more super long bus rides north or south for an uncomplicated hairstyle!

I've been going to this salon for many years and would never go elsewhere. All the staff are kind and helpful. My wonderful stylist, Sally, has the expertise and is willing to take the time to put tiny foils in my hair to get the effect I want. That's rare these days when most colorists just dye chunks of hair. I also get facials here and they are fantastic. Not only does my skin look great, it's so relaxing that it's accurate to call it a stress reducing treatment. Highly recommended.

Stylist was a junior hair stylist, she was nice. I waited about a month to book with her because I heard she was good and the prices were reasonable. I had such a bad haircut though. I asked for long layers and face framing pieces. I didn’t get any layers, got a blunt cut and she cut off a few inches more than what I wanted. Now I’m stuck trying to grow out a bad haircut. It’s unfortunate since I was so excited to try this place.

Ronnie is a delight. I absolutely loved meeting him and chatting with him while he cut my hair. He did a wonderful job with my cut and gloss. My hair is so shiny and refreshed just how I like it! Can't recommend him enough! 10/10 experience at Vous Salon.
