I’m not sure why I haven’t written a review for Gold Coast Salon yet! I’ve been seeing Ina since 2020, and she’s done my color, cuts, glosses, and treatments - every experience has been such a pleasure. I’m very particular about who touches my hair, but I never have to worry with Ina. She’s incredibly detailed and talented, and I always leave with the healthiest, shiniest hair that lasts for months and grows out perfectly. Ina genuinely cares about her clients and is so attentive to every detail. Beyond the amazing work, the salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, and cozy, and the entire team is so kind. Natalia greets you at the door with a smile, offers a drink or snack, and even handed me an umbrella when it started drizzling outside. It’s those small touches that make the experience feel so special. I’ll never go anywhere else, Gold Coast Salon is truly the best in Chicago!

Cannot recommend this salon and Tetiana highly enough! This was my second time going to the salon, and both times I felt so welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in. The first time I went in for a haircut and this time for highlights and a trim, and was absolutely thrilled with my experience. I booked my appointment with Tetiana both times and absolutely loved my services. She listened carefully to the style I had in mind and gave expert advice to reach the exact color and cut I was looking for, with a gorgeous blowout to top it all off. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend Tetiana for anyone looking for top-notch hair care - she truly works her magic!

I’m so grateful to have found Gold Coast Salon. From the moment I walk in, everyone is so warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The space itself feels inviting and calming, and every visit has been such a positive experience. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ina, Melina, and Nataliia — all incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. And I also want to mention the lovely woman who takes such great care of me during my wash and coffee service — she’s wonderful and makes me feel so cared for. It’s rare to find a team that blends expertise with such heart. I’m so happy to have found this place and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I had an incredible experience from start to finish. As part of their COVID-19 precautions, they take your temperature as you enter and disinfect surfaces and equipment after use. This made me comfortable and safe. The salon itself is impeccably bright, clean and elegant. Julie, my stylist, is extremely talented. She is very professional, and she gave great recommendations when it came to style and color. She always had my comfort in mind, and walked me through the entire process. I'm very happy and satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Julie and Gold Coast Salon. High quality services that exceeded my expectations.

I have been going to Ashlee for almost 15 years and have done a plethora of different colors and cuts - mostly blonde - and I have never been disappointed. If I have an idea about what I want, she makes it come to life. I always leave with the healthiest, glowing hair that lasts for months! I’ve flown back to Chicago from all different cities just to get my hair done by her. You won’t be disappointed.

I was a first time customer at Gold Coast Salon last week and I am happy to say I found my salon for life! I moved back to chicago recently from LA and was nervous to get my hair cut and highlighted as I’m pretty particular. I scoured instagram for a blonde specialist and came across Julie at Gold Coast salon. This is the best hair cut/color I’ve EVER had. The color is absolutely stunning, exactly what I wanted. And her haircut was perfect! I’ve never had a stylist spend so much time and attention to detail. On top of the results being amazing, Julie is the sweetest person. The entire process start to finish was a great experience. The salon is so cute and every employee I interacted with was extremely nice and attentive. Run don’t walk to Gold Coast Salon if you want a flawless hair experience!

I am very picky about who does my hair because I always want it to be perfect. Once I started going to Tatiana, my hair has never looked better. On our first appointment, she took the time to listen to what I wanted, and suggested few of the new techniques. She always takes her time and she’s very detailed. Tatiana is a perfectionist and a true professional at what she does. She really understands blonde hair and knows how to make it beautiful and healthy at the same time. I love using all the product that she recommends, including hydrating masks during our appointment.
